Im rewatching for the 1000th time, and I JUST realized something and I am wondering if anyone else noticed it too. The lawayer opposite of Mitchell in court in S6E6 Halloween 3: Awesomeland is the same guy as Jay’s and Jerry’s divorce lawyer. (The one that gets the heartattack in the store on Thanksgiving) Also, the woman who watches Claire’s computer in the airport episode (the one where they think Haley got married to Andy) is also seen in the episode where Cam&Mitch have that wedding where Lily is ashamed of them and they are seated at a terrible table. The woman (and her twin) sits next to them at the table.
Just curious to see if im late to the party 😂

Dad was a gambler, abusive physically and a bully/narcissist. Mom was a helpless person who parentified me, basically made me do ALL the chores at home and outside while she just lay on her bed watching soap opera the whole day.
I basically juggled school, house chores, and handling 2 grown adults bickering the whole day at each other, even having to referee shouting matches cause one wouldn't give in for "sexy time" (I was 5)
There were a few times when I was sick, I told her I needed to rest (teenage years) and she screamed and shouted at me, calling me lazy for not going across a few blocks to buy all their heavy groceries... so when I went across, halfway I puked and fainted, for strangers to get an ambulance for me.
Only for them to act all caring in the hospital, but were more concerned how fast I could be discharged so I could walk their bloody dog...
Fast forward. In my 40's, I moved out a long time ago, working full time, but now my dad has dementia, and my mom who can't do anything is "looking after him", but is doing a shit job. I provide ALL the monetary stuff for them including day care for him, grocery money/water lights bill etc...
I can't always be there cause I live 1+hrs away, and I've drawn boundaries, but I can't blame my dad now as he can't remember.
I also get its hard for my mom,
But am I selfish to think, that I'm already the undeclared bread winner...
That i don't want to see either of them, and let my mom finally do some work that she failed to do on her own when she was younger?

2025.01.19 08:27 spencescardigans I lost my first rat today
 | I am heartbroken. Winnie was only around 20 months old. He started showing signs of a URI in December, and right when i was about to phone the vet and get him looked at he started seeming better. He no longer had any porphyrin on his nose and his breathing sounded significantly better. All 3 of my rats have gotten respiratory irritation for both winters that i’ve had them, but with extra care they have all been okay and get better. I thought he was better. I feel so guilty for not taking him to the vet earlier. I found him a couple hours ago, and he wasn’t cold or very stiff yet, so i think it must have happened not long before i found him. He looked like he had been sleeping when it happened. We are planning on calling the vet on monday to see if we can get him cremated. His brothers seem okay, when i found winston my other two rats were sleeping in their hammock and besides giving me a bit of a dirty look from waking them up, they seem to be doing okay. Stanley is eating as I write this, and Gus just happily took a treat from me. What do i do now? I need to go to the store and get more bedding and i am going to do another deep clean of their cage so i will be doing that tomorrow when the stores open. What can i do to support his brothers? I want to start off by clarifying that I know medical advice cannot be replaced by Reddit and I intend on seeking more medical attention when I get to a point where it is accessible.
Im 19, female. I live an active lifestyle and have balanced meals. I have severe joint pain, severe muscle spasms in my back and neck, IBS symptoms, intense abdominal pain, migraines, nausea, lung issues caused by having Covid multiple times, weak immune system, hyper mobility, general discomfort and aching, extreme fatigue, endometriosis, poor rem sleep, sleep apnea, sudden moments of extreme fatigue(dangerously sudden, very quickly fall asleep unwillingly), loss of appetite, and general nausea.
If you relate to any of this and you have a hypothesis of what I could look into getting tested for it would be very very appreciated. These are the most disruptive symptoms.
