2025.01.19 09:07 Zxki I’ve been reading the COTE clone and the similarities are so identical
Saw a post on here say The strongest in the supernatural school lurks in peace is essentially a COTE clone so I thought I’d have a look. I’m currently on the fourth chapter and man the similarities at this point aren’t even a question. Majority of the characters are identical in persona even the rules in the school the only diff being the powers involved which could be fun later down the line. Cant really find if it has a fandom or not so thought I’d post in here to discuss with others who may have read and see thoughts.

I'm currently building a Bloodrager for an upcoming game and wanted to make them a Suli as the race seemed interesting. Suli are Outsiders with the Native subtype and as such I checked what features that actually grants the character. However, I'm a bit confused on a couple points:
1) The Outsider traits say I'm granted 60 ft Darkvision and doesn't say the Native subtype removes this. However, the Suli racial traits say that I only have Low Light vision. Which is it?
2) I have limited experience with Native Outsider PCs since I'm running a game for friends. I know that they are immune to effects that effect Humanoids (such as Enlarge Person, Hold Person, Charm Person, etc.) Is there anything I can site for my DM or is it simply effective enough to go "it targets one humanoid creature. I am an Outsider, not a humanoid." Are there other immunities/drawbacks that I should note with being a Native Outsider?
