All of my back pain has been on the lower LEFT side including piriformis muscle. Both the rheumatologist and pain management specialist suspect the SI joint. Pain started after my left hip surgery to repair labrum tears in March 2024.
IMPRESSION: 1. Findings suggestive of minimal right sacroiliitis. Normal le! sacroiliac joint. No osseous ankylosis release Narrative EXAMINATION: MRI PELVIS WITHOUT CONTRAST DATE/TIME: 1/18/2025 9:45 AM HISTORY: Sacroiliitis. COMPARISON: Hip x-rays on 11/27/2024. TECHNIQUE: Multiplanar multisequence MRI examination was performed without contrast.

Collectively known as Broods, they undergo a repentent pilgrimage to amend their sins to The Sithehounds the most wisest and powerful beasts within Hippodora, the descendants of The Pteborahis. Who they waged war and massacred during The Sithehound Wars, unaware of their sapience.
They are a subject of many tall tales, legends, folklore and drama like The Eight Spears (Baralim in Akirala), The Four Hunters (Torashu in Akirala), Guardians and the Kawaru army of Kashimura Irah.
Capable of taming the wild and savage Jungles of Momachiyoda and with weird tales who also wielded living weapons, reminiscent of The Kizamanshins of The Mythic Arakasa Era.
Regardless of their conflated tall tales and truth, they are celebrated as heroes many legendary Jockeys have been preserved into Reliquaries for their experiences, to be passed down through Broods and embody their skills, memory and knowledge.

I just finished taking the NMAT. literally ilang minutes palang ang nakakalipas. instead na relief maramdaman ko, parang lalo akong napressure on what the future holds for me. gusto ko kasi talaga mag-med eh. gusto ko dun din ako mapunta sa med school na gusto ko. gusto ko linear yung path ko.
kaso pucha ewan ko ba haha I wasn’t confident when I took the test kanina but upon taking it, ayun ganun pa rin. minalas yata ako sa set, lalo akong nalugmok :(( may mga nasagot naman ako pero ewan huhuhu baka ako lang din nagbibigay ng pressure sa sarili ko.

I’m gonna try to be as unbiased as possible after doing hours of research, I’m 18, 250 pounds, and I’ve been smoking weed consistently for about 2 years. I started working as a busser a couple months ago and i lift heavy kegs, around 160 pounds above my waist to stack them pretty often. I started with lower back pain and i noticed that i would feel a sharp pain behind my neck when i would be on my knees with my left hand reaching up above a freezer and my right hand below the freezer putting cups inside. I could feel it when i tried massaging it while the pain was happening. I’ve also been under calculating walls and bumping into them and accidentally dropping things. My memory since i started smoking has been terrible, but recently I’ve been forgetting words more often, I also have been getting tingling in my left hand on my pinky and ringer finger and also on my toes. today i got a sharp pain on my left cheekbone and a part of the bottom of my foot when numb, however i was in 40 degree weather at the time. my vision has also been extra blurry in my right eye, almost like its unfocused more often, however i notice the neurological symptoms are more noticeable when im under the influence of weed, i do wear glasses because my eye doctor said my right is a little shaped like a football but it was never this bad. any ideas on what it could be? i have some ideas but why not let reddit give me some input
