My father used to be an OFW but returned broke after more than 10 years of struggling to pay his debts abroad. Instead of a fresh start, he’s brought financial ruin to our family.
Over the past 4 years of running his residential construction business, he has only gained more debt and has lost my grandparents' savings and car. In the past, he even convinced my grandparents to pawn our ancestral house twice—I paid for it the second time with my savings, which I’ll never do again. But I'm afraid almost losing our house will happen a third time soon as his debt (to our knowledge) has soared to a million pesos.
He keeps taking on new contracts, hoping to hit the jackpot, pay off his debts, and finally turn a profit, but he only digs a deeper hole.
The problem isn't just bad luck—it's bad practices:
- He’s been betrayed by four business partners who embezzled funds because he never checks records. Every time, he takes the fall and borrows money to complete the project.
- He mismanages budgets, giving workers advance salaries without tracking them.
- His workers steal supplies because he doesn’t do inventory.
- He gets into shady deals such as buy and sell of debts and corrup transactions with local politicians.
How can we make him give up his "business"? We just want him to stop digging his grave and adding more trouble. I can afford to move out anytime and save myself, but I'm worried about my grandparents.

The thing I hate the most is having to loot enemies, unloading guns, getting ammo and consumables, throwing out broken items. I wish there would be a mod that would in a FPS tradition just pick up ammo for guns you have on yourselves and consumables up to let's say x10 in your stack.
Is that something that can be implemented without official MOD support ?

I'm a Class 11 student and have been with FIITJEE since Class 10. And guess what? They shut it all down without a warning—no refunds, no answers, just left us hanging. My Class 12 is starting in three months, and I’m sitting here, blank, trying not to make impulsive decisions.
Now they want us to pay ₹59,000 more to join Aakash. What the hell? Are we just a business model to them, with our futures on the line? Even if we pay, is there any guarantee that this new institute won’t pull the same crap?
They dropped this bombshell at 12 a.m., saying all teachers are leaving and pushing us to join Aakash. Why? Because FIITJEE couldn’t even pay their salaries. So where’s all the money we already paid? Did that fat-ass chairman just pocket it all?
We’re not paying to test our patience and calmness. This is our future they’re playing with. It’s high time we take a step, demand answers, and ensure this FIITJEE scam either gives us our refunds or provides real solutions.
We’re done being quiet. Enough is enough.

Can anyone please advise on my best options. Long story short. I have neglected my mortgage on my Essex 3 bed semi detached house and the bank has handed it over to a repossesion company who want the outstanding £40k settled in full otherwise it will be repossesed. Its my own fault this has happened however I am going through severe grief and stress after the loss of my wife, my 40 year soul mate. I already had underlying mental health problems, diagnosed with adhd prior to her passing but her death, and circumstances behing her passing has left me unable to cope in any stressful situation other than burying my head in the sand, which I have done by locking myself away from the world. So now the shots hit the fan and I am at the end of tether as the thought of losing my house is ripping me apart. The mortgage was in my wifes name and the insurance did not pay off the remaining left on the house, or anything else for that matter. The little i did get did not even pay her funeral cost due to her depreciating insurance. Because I have not worked since her passing and because of my age the chances of me getting a mortgage is minimal, eventhough I did not try. My daughter wants me to sell and rent for a year and afterwards buy a house together with her and her partner who will get the mortgage but the thought is daunting as I wiuld need to store a lot of stuff at additional cost. My house is valued at a minimum of £260k but if i were to downsize the cost of a 1 bedroom flat is not far behind at 180k for cheapest. As for renting the costs are ridiculous also. Can you ps give any advice / input please?

i just bought lossless scaling and im facing this issue whenever i turn it on instead of doubling the frame rate it decreases it by half with visible frame skips and stutters and it does it in every game but as shown in the video if you see on the top left corner it says base frames 144 but the actual in game fps are way below 30
