My mother passed away in 1995 and then a Wrongful Death Suit was filed in the state of Arizona by my stepfather and my grandmother. Both probate and the settlement were completed by 1999. Me and my older brother had been living in Kansas at the time of her death and I was not notified of her death until 1999. When I learned of this I was put in contact with my family back in Arizona. I flew out there and stayed for two weeks. During this entire time, neither my stepfather or grandmother or siblings notified me that I was named in this lawsuit along with my brother. Fast forward to January 14 of this year and I received a email from my uncle which is my mother‘s brother who I had recently gotten reconnected with. He began mentioning things regarding the wrongful death lawsuit that I knew nothing about and asked if me and my brother had received our portion of the settlement. of course we have not because we were never notified of this. So this led me to do lots of research online to try to find out how I can recover this after 29 years of not knowing that I was a beneficiary or air to this amount of money. I contacted an Arizona lawyer who says this sounds like a complicated case, but that the court might make huge exceptions because of the statute of limitations laws that Arizona has regarding probate and assets. From my understanding, any wrongful death lawsuit money is separate from probate court. Is there a way to do this without the use of a lawyer or do I have to use a lawyer because of the complicated filings that would need to be made? Also there’s a huge breach of fiduciary duties with the executor of the estate and probate. I obtained the proof of mailings Which were mailed to Kansas however, one of them was completely wrong. We had never lived there our entire lives and the other one was a really outdated old address. Nothing further was sent out before settling the case. I know that I need to obtain the court records, and I have faxed my identity to the Maricopa county records And I’m waiting on them to respond. I’m also going to need proof of airship so I need to get my mother’s death certificate. How am I supposed to obtain proof that we were not living in the addresses listed on the lawsuit paperwork proof of mailing? Is there an easy way to do this?

Hey everyone here,
I am quite new to sharpening but wanted to start sharpen my own kitchen knives. Hence, I went to a store in my town and bought a combi-stone for 33€. The guy told me it's apparently 600 1200 grid (no markings on the stone or packaging) and is made in Germany by a company called Wasa (the lable on the package says something different though). Now after reading throught this sub I am curious if I bought complete garbage or if someone knows the brand. I am also wondering if the grids are right? The fine side is very fine but I can still feel some holes while the course one is quite poreous. It relaeses a lot of air on the course side when soaking.
Anyone has some recommondations for flattening stones?

sprained my adductor muscle almost two months ago while sprinting and stopped excersize for a month to rest and ice everyday. since i've been doing swimming, cycling and strength training instead of running, as well as the adductor strengthening excersizes recommended by a physio. it is still uncomfortable to walk on, and i'm not sure what i am doing wrong.
