Basically I want to take my mom on vacation to Costa Rica, she's 68 and I'm 30. I hear Costa Rica has amazing adventure stuff and she wants to see beautiful sights. Neither of us know much about it though.
So we went to a travel agency and they reccomended La Fiesta All Inclusive. $2400 for 8 night including air fare. Sounded alright, until I got to this reddit and absolutely everyone says it's not a good experience. But my mom wants to relax too.
So what's a good place that we can stay at where she can relax, and I can go on my hikes/scuba diving/rafting/whatever? Any good package deals with flight and hotel?
What are the bets sights and adventure/nature filled things to do in Costa Rica?

Nothing against C&C-likes, of course, but my RTS nostalgia centers more around the Blizzard RTS's and Majesty, and I'm looking for something more in line with one of those. Especially in the case of Majesty-likes, I've yet to find any titles that scratch that itch while not also being janky, sketchy asset flips.
Any help would be appreciated in finding good titles that fall into either the WC-like or Majesty-like veins. Thank you.
