2025.01.19 13:20 Ok-Table4255 Harvest Now or Wait?
 | This is my very first time growing mushrooms and, as you all know, it has been a long process. I just started noticing contamination yesterday, that i scooped out and then sprayed with hydrogen peroxide. I'm wondering if I should just go ahead and harvest these small mushrooms now while they look healthy or I can expect them to grow exponentially in next day or so. I began seeing pins 3 days ago on 1/16 and now they are the size in the pictures. It hasn't quite been 72 hours and this is the amount of growth. Those of you with more experience than I have, what would you do? I post the contamination that I found and cut out yesterday. I watch this cake like a hawk so I am seeing it as soon as it shows itself, but I know that it has to be through and through by the time is shows itself at the top of the cake. tl;dr - is it safe to size down on the regulus lv/tn pro lv or should i stay at street size? alternatively, should I size down on the TN pro HV for a much better fit
Still on the search for the right shoe for my narrow/shallow heel and borderline wide width. I currently own the regulus and hiangle. Both are hv and sized to my street shoes at size 9. the regulus tends to bag out on the heel after awhile unless I use antiperspirant for my feet but even with, its not 1:1. atfirst i really like how insensitive it was but now id like something just a tad bit of sensitivity. I do like the support, the edging capabilities and the rubber on these. the hiangles are probs the closest to a good heel theres still some air around it. im also not a big fan of the blunt toe and how the power is a little more centered rather than on the big toe. both have some dead space at the strap area which i dont completely mind but it leads me to think that I should be getting LV shoes now
So in my radar rn are the regulus lv, TN pro HV/LV. I've filtered down to these shoes because I want a nice balance of sensitivity and support. I feel like I've found that with the RH rubber. I've decided to stay with unparallel coz im too hesitant to try out brands like evolv coz im not sure how the rubber will stand against RH. Ive tried vsrs and drago lvs as well and just didnt feel right either.
with that said, should I size down .5 when moving to LV shoes? or is the difference not that big when i stick to my street size? alternatively, will sizing down .5 on the TN pro HV to prevent the heel sagging and dead space issues if the width on the LVs are too narrow

2025.01.19 13:20 helpdocs11 PLEASE help! Testitcular discomfort and pain, getting worse!
M/33/5'7"/140 lbs
Since beginning of December I had testicular discomfort on my right side. It wasn't bad, so I didn't think much of it. After 4 weeks, it still did not go away. In fact, it started to be painful. It's not the testicle itself that's painful, but what I think is the Epididimys. The discomfort and pain would be more if I am sitting. I went to my primary care doctor and he prescribed me Ciprofloxacin, while I was waiting for an ultrasound appointment. I started taking the antibiotics this Tuesday. However, on Wednesday I experienced sharp pain in my wrist. Upon reading that Ciprofloxacin can cause tendonitis and tendon rupture, I stopped taking the antibiotics right away, because I have had serious tendonitis issues on that wrist before due to my sport (calisthenics). I can not effort to injure and harm my wrists because of that reason. I called the doctor and to ask for a substitute that is not a fluorchinolone, but he said there is none... I kind of don't believe that there is no substitution.
Either way. I got my ultrasound done on Wednesday and the report was sent to my primary care, who will discuss with me the upcoming Monday. However, I would like to have some opinions on what I could have. I screenshotted some of the ultra sound images. Please see the links below.

My boyfriend of over 6 years has always said he hates nightclubs and would never go to one. He has also never gotten drunk with me and always finds new excuses.
He went on a work night out. I told him he should have fun and stay out longer as he was going to come home at 11pm as he deserves to let loos and have fun. I asked him if he was going to a nightclub, which he states he wouldn’t be going to one. He said as the manager he was responsible for keeping an eye on all the lads (he always tells me about how animal like the men are that he works with. They are always objectifying women and he hates it) However he was still there after everyone left but some of the lads and one of his friends.
He then sends me a quick text that he is going to a nightclub at 3am because his friend was going. He has always hated nightclubs and getting drunk. I have never seen him drunk so I have no idea what he is like, all I have been told by him is that he went to town and got drunk once when he was single and got a bj. Obviously I was angry as he told me he would never go to a nightclub. It is the principle of what he says then clearly is easily influenced by his friends when he is drunk.
All I expected was a short phone call to say everything is fine and that he was sitting in the booths and talking to his friend - which he was but obviously I wasn’t aware of. He wanted picked up at 5:30 then decided straight after our argument, he wanted to come home. He got in the car and started saying I am horrible, hypocritical (I cheated on my ex when I was a teenager and never shown him any reason not to ever trust me) insecure and exactly like my mam (who brought me up in a toxic environment and I now have BPD because of trauma) I also find out one of the lads was trying to get him to go speak to another girl in the club.
AITA for started an argument and ‘ruining’ his night when all I expected for a short phone call so I knew he wasn’t too drunk and doing these things to just follow his friend?

The tile on the floor I really do not love. I’m renting so no permanent changes and I am not permitted to paint. What can I do to make this homey?
