Greatly inpired by the so good 2008 flash games Fog Fall series (made by Mateusz Skutnik).
My goal is for the player to feel the same sensations I felt when playing these post-apo flash games.
Made with Unreal Engine 4.
So far I have written the entire story and 90% of the game mechanics are complete.
I had the pre-demo tested and got very good feedbacks.
BUT my issue is this:
Flash games (as my demo of first level) were always a 20 min experience gaming of classical point & click actions (hidden object + "find key to open door" + drag and drop to combine objects or trigger animations gameplay).
I would need more complex gameplay but always with the same mechanics to have a 3 or 4 hours lasting game I think.
Any suggestions?

Like many layfolk, I have countless examples of what seems like my phone listening to me. Inexplicably, however, this sub seems to take a very anti-listening stance. I do appreciate some of the education I've received around this topic here, though; like seeing Harry Potter ads isn't necessarily listening if you just watched HP on streaming platform Y and your spouse watched HP lore on their social media accounts.
However, I have a scenario I'd like to question with you all. Maybe there's a plausible reason that exists, but it doesn't seem so.
I recently took a trip to snowboard at a lesser known ski mountain with my family. I was not shy about sharing this with friends nor trying to hide it - we booked a place to stay, posted online about it, texted, watched videos, so on. This would be a reasonable cause for receiving targeted advertisement. It might even be a case where, frankly, I wouldn't mind getting ads.
But no ads were received.
Instead, on the final day of the trip we visited a local lake that was quite rural and not often visited. The lake was frozen, so I was able to play some pond hockey. This was not discussed as part of our plans at all, we didn't search pond hockey, nobody shared anything online about. It was a pleasant surprise on a nature reprieve away from the hustle and bustle... right?
When I returned home that night, on a social media account I only use for sharing music, I received content about pond hockey. I've never watched, searched, or googled anything of this nature. So how did this happen?
I'm hoping for a genuine discussion. Not trying to bait into saying "thEyR'E LisTeNInG"... how could this happen if they aren't, though?

Tldr, asked a girl out, she said she couldn't make it this weekend but "prob could next week" then gave me her schedule. Does that mean she actually wants me to schedule a date or is just driving this out until I give up?
We're both in college so I'm very new to the dating scene. I met a girl over Instagram and eventually got to asking if she'd like to meet up in person for coffee. (This would be our first time meeting in person)
She agreed and I suggested Saturday. She then said she can't do Saturday because she goes home on the weekends and apologized. I then asked when she was free and she said "pretty much during the week I'm free" she then gave me her work schedule and I know she has her classes in the morning, because she told me before.
So Idk does she actually want me to schedule this date or does she not want to and feel pressured into giving me stuff, like schedules and such?
I wasn't trying to be forceful I kinda suggested everything and some stuff like the schedule she just gave in response to me asking when you're free. So is that's a good sign?

ik it's almost time for finale but I had to put it out here. i just remembered KVM said something terrible about pregnant women but no one cared but eisha's period comment was called out which is fair but isn't that selective targetting and media ppl ingnored that even tho some of them were feminists they still ignored it and were gassing up KVM like crazy
