Hello, my first thread here since i usually don't need "accurate" translations for my hobby projects. I don't know if this is allowed or not allowed but i can't find anything wrong in the rules.
Would love if someone had the time to check over some of my 3D models / textures / text im making.
Currently my workflow goes from searching for references ->
trying to picture translate the reference ->
checking if the reference is maybe incorrect via googling for roughly half a hour ->
then making the 3d model / texture / text ->
checking again if there is anything off.
And honestly i still don't know if its correct or incorrect.
If someone has a bit of free time to every now and then proofread or translate simple text via discord or something i would be very thank full.

My blood pressure was always low my whole life. I was on too high a dose of levothyroxine for over 3 years. Dx IDA in March, although I think I've been anemic for years. Ferritin was 17 in Nov. 3 200 mg Venofer in December. I started having crazy bad hot flashes while going through the infusion process that I now know we're blood pressure spikes. I'm 73 and waaay past menopause. I don't know if these spikes are related to the anemia or the treatment for it! Anyone else dealing with this.

The tiles were slightly not wide enough to the cover the entire area of the bathroom floor. Does anyone have any good ideas how to fill this gap / make it look good? The gap is 2.0 - 2.5 cm for about 0.9m. The two ideas I have are grout it or use thin slivers of tile but don’t think either would look good.

Hi everyone,
I'm using the Xiaomi BLE integration with a plant sensor (Flower Care sensor) in Home Assistant. By default, it seems that the update interval is set to every 5 minutes, but this frequent polling is draining the sensor's battery quite fast.
I only need data from the sensor twice a day, so I’d like to adjust the polling interval to reduce power consumption.
I've already disabled the option: "Enable polling for state changes. If Home Assistant should automatically poll Xiaomi BLE entities for state changes."
However, the system is still polling the sensor regularly at a 5-minute interval.
Is there a way to configure or modify the update interval to a longer period (e.g., every 12 hours)? Any suggestions on how to achieve this through configuration or custom modifications would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I'm curious. I don't have my own Switch, I only completed very few games on borrowed one. But I'm going to buy Switch 2 100% as I liked the system etc. So I made a list of Switch 1 games I wanted to play from "Switch 1" so I don't forget about them when they start making Switch 2 games. Most are Nintendo titles, physical releases. Here's my question: is it worth to start buying Switch 1 games now to stockpile them for Switch 2 release? I'm curious if they are going to re-release the same titles (like BotW, FE:Engage) but adjusted to Switch 2 capabilities (60fps? Etc.). I'm afraid that I might end up owning "worse" versions of the games... Thanks in advance for your answers and predictions :)

TL;DR there shouldn't be any.
Sure, you can keep the most harmless ones like "reach chapter 2" or "finish the game" if you want the completion rate statistics, but everything else only serves to go against everything an immersive sim is. The entire point is for the player to complete the objective in any way they themselves find the most appealing, and yet even the best imsim games feature achievements that range from pointless grind to outright spoiling solutions to the player. I know some genius is already typing "just ignore the achievements LMAO", but woudn't it be much nicer, if instead of, say, an achievement telling you to "finish a water level without touching water once" you actually had some kind of in-game incentive like someone asking you to bring over a loaf of bread without it getting soggy, rewarding you with extra resources and acknowledgement instead of the usual pavlovian rectangle popping up in the corner of the screen for two seconds? In my opinion achievements can be much alike the appropriately loathed quest markers and minimaps in games - sure, you can turn them off, but the game is still designed with them in mind, if to a lesser extent in this particular case.
