Hi,
I live in Scotland and regularly walk my dog through an area of land (which is regularly used by dog walkers). The land is owned by 2 residents who are known in the local area for being 'difficult'...
It's hard to give a fully accurate picture, but basically it's a large estate which has residential housing as part of it, and these people own the large area of land (which as cows on fields which run along either side of this path).
These residents challenged me today (while they were putting up barbed wire across fencing which was the main access point to the path. They asked what I was doing, and when I explained that I was walking my dog, they told me that it was private late. I responded with the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003, they claimed then that the issue was that they were installing the barbed wire to stop the cattle from escaping. It's worth noting that this fence was about 3 miles away from where the cattle are kept (and was being installed as 'dog height'.
I'm not going to stop walking my dog (and likely will not do anything about the barbed wire), but just out of interest, are they within their rights to install barbed wire on their property? I assume yes, but thought it was worth checking.
If anyone has any questions before answering, I'd be more than happy to clarify.

I’ve been issued an RFE for my STEM OPT application to submit my masters degree transcripts as my university did not mention my major on my masters degree certificate.
My questions: a. I’m tensed. Is this something I should be tensed about? b. They asked me to upload only my transcripts(along with cover letter and RFE letter). So should I stick to uploading just my transcripts along with CL and RFE letter? c. There’s an option on USCIS portal to upload online. Just to be safe, should I also mail them physical copies? d. There’s four boxes on the cover letter to check: A new G-28/ additional fees/ additional forms/other. Should checking the box that says additional forms be fine? e. How long does it take for my RFE to resolve?
Please advise. Thanks!

The YouTuber will give a quote and attribute it to Trump and the woke people will say that they hate it and disagree. Then the YouTuber will show a video of woke Gods like Obama, Kamala, Bernie Sanders or AOC giving the quote the woke person disagreed with when they thought it was Trump. Most end up attacking the YouTuber or calling the police that they wanted to defund or saying that they don't care because Obama, AOC, etc are their Gods.
But my favorite reaction is when they cover their faces and run away just like how the woke redditors do when they're called out.

hoping someone’s had a similar issue and can help me out here because i’m at a loss!
for the past 1-2 days there’s been a weird acetone smell coming from the bathroom in our 3rd floor apartment, apparently the neighbors below us, and across from them, smell it too because they called the fire department last night and had them check for 4 different gasses (all negative) we’ve all called maintenance to put in emergency maintenance requests and have heard nothing back from them.
i don’t own acetone, not for doing my nails or anything, i don’t have chemicals in my bathroom, and i don’t think i have mold. google says it could be hvac but the smell gets worse with no heater on and we don’t have AC.
has anyone had anything similar happen where the issues been resolved? how much time should i give maintenance/management before i call again? i’m high risk pregnant (7 months) and i have my 14 month old daughter here too - the smell is HORRIBLE and i’m starting to smell it through my entire apartment
