Hi everyone,
I've recently started on 20mg of Cymbalta, and the past two days I have had no appetite coupled with extreme nausea. I read back through the sub and see that both nausea and lack of appetite are VERY common, which is reassuring, and I plan to ride it out at least long enough to know if it will help in the long run.
My problem is that I have a lot of other health issues, so I take several pills (rx and supplements) in three big doses: morning, afternoon, and evening, generally corresponding to mealtimes. At this point I can barely get down anything other than saltines and sometimes a little ramen. But I can't function without my pills. Does anyone have tips for forcing some nourishment? I'm also vegan and on a low cholesterol diet for health reasons.

I live on cape cod in mashpee and there’s 3 dispensaries around me, in good health, triple M and a dispensary that just opened called Sublime. They’re all okay but not good selection and pricing is steep. So, I went to Camelback yesterday. When did it become so crowded? I had to keep my head on a swivel all day. Kids kept running up the back of my skis in the lift line, and a woman bee-lined it straight at me, just missing me and running right behind me over my back bindings. I quit by three pm as it just got too much.

Me and my friend got to watch the movie today since it's been on our theatre since 10th of January. I've a few questions that I'd like to discuss:
- How do you guys feel about the pacing?
- Do you guys feel the shadow demons of Circlet Demon are kinda goofy for some reason? I was laughing out loud with those little creatures when they are barely caught by spells clashing between Beebeezee and Circlet Demon, they looked flabbergasted as hell.
- Is it really that brutal as some people reviewed back when the movie just got released in JP & Germany? For me is other than the club scene, everything seems mediocre.
- MAN I WISH I GOT TO SEE MORE ABOUT THE FIGHT BETWEEN AINZ VS EVIL WRATH (at least on Ainz's pov). I noticed a minor thing (i could be wrong) that there was no sound effect when CZ-Doppel spellcancelled Ainz.
- On the scale of 1 to 10, what would you rate the movie? As a light novel reader myself, i'd do it a solid 7.5/10. For me friend, he might rate it lower i think since he's only anime watcher. the movie just couldn't portray how Ainz feels about Neia as in LN it is his monologue.

2025.01.19 14:21 Rich-Wick Managers take overtime if we go sick (UK)
I work on the railway, long story short in our contracts we’re allowed 7 sick days with full pay 3 times every 13 weeks.
Recently I was informed of a “rule” that if you go off sick you are not allowed to work your next overtime shift. Nowhere in our contracts is this stated & I have spoke to many people that work for the same company in other locations and they say this is not the case for them.
My questions are:
Is this legal?
Can I fight against this as it’s not stated in my contract?
Is this normal in other fields of work?
