I just built my pc with 7500f and 3080ti 3 weeks ago, however in some not cpu heavy games like red dead redemption 2, my cpu usage never go down below 40%, and it goes up to 70% in that game pretty often. I tried other games and my cpu usage never goes down below 30% in any game. Is it normal?

Outreach workers will provide direct transportation to the East Boulder Recreational Age Well Center beginning at 10 this morning until 9 pm tonight. All pets are welcome at the critical weather overflow shelter.
There will be no free shuttles like there were yesterday. However, if a person is far from downtown, a call to the non-emergency police line requesting transport to the overflow shelter can be arranged. Police will not be running names during this process. You can also call this number to request a welfare check if you see anyone out there you are concerned about.
The critical overflow shelter will be open until Tuesday morning, which is predicted to head back to a high in the 40s.
Yes, the All Roads, formerly Boulder Shelter, is open all weekend but are very likely at capacity. Please don't direct people there as they'll end up turned away and stuck outside on the Northside on a wild goose hunt. .

My English bulldog puppy is finally fully vaccinated, so I can begin walking her around more places. Iām wondering the most important things to teach her right off the bat.
For context, sheās got that classic English bulldog personality where she doesnāt want to walk at all and is soooo slow and lazy, then will suddenly take off like a bowling ball lol.
Iām open to general advice on early leash/walk training. But we live in a big dense city, so Iām mostly wondering:
- what commands other city owners have found most useful for their dogs?
- how did you train them?
She already knows āmiddle,ā which is where she goes and sits between my legs. This makes it so we take up less space in crowded areas and also allows me to block her off from other people and dogs. Insanely useful in elevators. What else should I teach her and how do I teach it?

We just moved into a new house and there is surround sound already installed from the previous owners. They left instructions for absolutely everything except the surround sound connection. The brand is origin acoustics. I called and they are not open on Sunday of course. I have tried to figure it out myself but not even sure if it needs to be hard wired or wireless. The picture is really the only thing I have found related to the system. Any help on where to start would be greatly appreciated!

I'm not feeling good the last couple of days and im not sure if I'm in the mental state to go to school. Unfortunately im writing a test tomorrow so I'm forcing myself to at least try and go even tho im going to fail.On the other hand I can't take it anymore school has ruined my mental health for the last weeks and I don't want to get depressed or so.I would rather stay at home and rest, see my therapist and study harder even tough I need to re write the test and be even more stressed.

I took her to the vet yesterday and found out she has parvo. Doc gave us meds and when I got home, my dog just would not drink her medicine. I tried everything like giving her treats and stuff but she would not budge. Eventually I ended up just force-feeding her the medicine, and here's what I'm worried about, she would secretly throw up the medicine when I leave her alone. I'm worried that she won't ever heal from this as shes not eating food and drinks very little water. This has been going on for three day now...what should I do?
