I started oral semaglutide last April. Sublingual drops, not injections. At start I weighed 317 lbs. I'm 5'8". As of this date I weigh 198! I'm 66 years old. Other than manageable constipation I've had absolutely no adverse side effects! This medication has finally stopped my lifelong addiction to unhealthy eating habits. I started it to get a handle on my health and enjoy the remainder of my life, and encourage anyone considering it not to delay.

 | Interested in these Caris pro from Birkenstock because I know my size and I know my feet love any pair of Birkenstock I get. I’m wondering if anyone has any clue how slip resistant these actually are? But I work in a messy, high grease kitchen. My problem is I’m being promoted and need to transition to business casual.
