My last period was 26 November, i went to the gynae 2 days ago and she told me my uterus is measuring at 5 weeks but its not matching my hcg levels which was 13000 up which means 7 weeks. But 48 hours before that i did the hcg test and it was 8600 something and i was told by the GP i am 4 weeks. The gynae initially told me to come on 21st January but because i started spotting like four days ago she called me urgently. The spotting was brown and has subsided, according to my gynae it could be implantation bleeding, she also told me i am too early so we will have to do transvaginal and then after doing it she couldn’t see an embryo so she told me my hcg and uterus weeks don’t match so she feels it’s a blighted ovum( anembryonic pregnancy) she called me in again after two weeks but honestly she left me very confused between saying i am too early and then saying i am too late for her to not see an embryo. Please help me understand what’s happening and if it could be a blighted ovum. I am also diabetic and have pcos but my sugar levels are under control so far

I have got an entire apple ecosystem for studies and work however since I'm studying electronic engineering , many apps aren't even native on MacOS and I run into many issues with app compatibility that I was forced to literally buy a windows machine to be able to complete my university assignments lol why don't the developers port their apps to MacOS ? Literally I see no use for macs except for content creation (movies , music , arts) and development 😅 and that's about it , can't even do any gaming except for a few ports , I love apple gadgets but their locked down software is turning me away

I have heard (and please correct me if I'm wrong) that there are parts of the U.S. where it is pretty common that when you pull someone over for a routine traffic violation, it turns out the driver doesn't speak English, doesn't have a license, has never had a license. Is that true? If so, what happens next?
Assuming no other warrants, does the driver get arrested for driving without a license, get a citation, get a warning "just keep the speed down" and he drives off, does the car get towed, etc.?
Do American police officers ask such drivers if they are in the US illegally, are you allowed to ask, are you told by your departments not to ask that, etc.?
Do different officers handle these situations differently, with your more hard line anti-illegal immigration officers insisting on making an arrest in the hopes this can lead to immigration problems for the driver? And does it vary a lot by state, with California officers being pretty lax about unlicensed immigrants driving around, while this is treated more seriously in other states?

I'm finding widely varying information regarding suggested dose levels of pure harmine and harmaline for vaping vs oral consumption. Harmaline is supposedly twice as potent as Harmine, and I've seen Harmine doses suggested as low as 4mg vaped and orally, as high as 200-300mg, so does that mean 2mg harmaline can be sufficient to inhibit MAO? and orally, do you need 100mg? Are oral doses truly requiring 50x the dose compared to vaped?
I've found a little on the nexus and old posts here, but very widely-ranging numbers, so if anyone can suggest a normal range of dose levels for harmine and harmaline vaped vs oral, I'd be ever so grateful.

I've played like 5 sets (1st, 2nd, the one with porcleain lissandra, last(not much) and this) on TFT and this one so far has been the quickest i've burnt out from.
I know its not supposed to feel like its lacking variety with all the anomalies, encounters, augments but i dont know 4/5 games feel the same.

 | This was a mostly forgotten play because of the next play, but the 13 yard reception to Terry and stopping the clock to get us into Hail Mary territory might have saved our season. I remember in the post game a former Patriot who was doing analysis said that was the one play they would have not allowed in the belichick scheme because of it was pretty much the only way you can get closer and stop the clock, so it was definitely bad coaching on the Bears’ part, but it has always stood out to me as the play before THE PLAY and emblematic of doing the little things right.
