2025.01.19 15:59 TooSmartForBullshit Robinhood and their failing customer support

I’m far from the first person they have issues with Robinhood. Like many others, I find appeal in there UI, and the ability to easily trade on their platform. However, I have an issue with their “customer support,” rather, lack thereof.
Early this morning, I went to check my crypto holdings. For whatever reason, my Face ID login failed three times in a row. I was then prompted to re-type my password, only to be met with a page where I needed to take photos of my drivers license, and take Selfies to verify my identity. That didn’t work.
I filed a support ticket to get back into my account as there is some urgency coming into Tuesday morning to sell to close several call options I’m holding. I speak with one of their representatives, and the short of it is I get nowhere. They verify my email, my bank account number, my Social Security, etc. I’m then asked to email this customer support representative photos of my license and selfies, yet the link takes me right back into the app to do the exact same thing that failed before I needed to contact customer support.
Long story short, he doesn’t do anything to help me get my account unrestricted and tells me to keep an eye out for an email from them. Normally I wouldn’t be too concerned because I’m long in a lot of my positions, but I have a few thousand dollars tied up in call options with a Tuesday expiry date that I would really like to exit before they expire worthless and I lose that money.
In summary, I don’t understand how they can be so mismanaged when it comes to resolving their customers issues. I have far less trouble getting back into my personal bank account when I’m tasked with resetting my password than I do with these guys.

Need Advice Alright Reddit, tried multiple different things and cannot figure this out. Doing a print in PETG and the ends keep lifting off on each side. It looks fine for the first part of the print but slowly starts lifting off.
Printer: Prusa MK4S + MMU
Print sheet: Satin Powder Coated, (Tried on textured with same result)
Filament: Overture Black PETG
Temperature: 235C first layer, 240C at all others.
Cooling: Default Prusa slicer fan config.
Z-offset: tired at 0.00, 0.025, 0.05 and 0.075 with same result. Negative offset is too low for the filament.
Nozzle: 0.4mm
Slice Resolution: 0.2mm STRUCTURAL
Speeds were all default except infill, solid infill and top solid infill were all set to 40mm/s.
What can I try to correct this issue? Thanks in advance!

Probably because my father is a hardcore drug addict. As anyone who has a hardcore drug addict parent, you know, there was weed smoking going on all the time as a kid. So, obviously, it's so normal, that the kids do it, too. Eventually.
Then having smoked Snoop Dog, Cheech & Chong and Ricky Le Fleur levels. Got sick of it. Seen it ruin all kinds of people's lives. Just from weed.
I had a very negative view of it. Especially because it is smoked. And just about as bad as cigarettes.
But, because it is now legal, I sampled a few edibles. And have seen that without smoking, it's not the same harmful.
And it's not the same completely fucked up effect of smoking.
That was the thing that gave me such a negative view of it. Because that dumb stoner fucked up all the time loses its novelty for most people eventually.
The new edibles don't do that, unless you overconsume. And without being smoked, it is much, much less harmful than alcohol. Which is basically a toxic substance.

Future hall of gamer Doc Rivers is one of the best coaches to ever grace the NBA. Yet he's talked about like he's a complete bum and it's ridiculous. I just saw a thread where people were asked about what coaches they'd take from the official top 15 list yet all that was there was Doc slander. He's not a bad coach.
Bad coaches aren't 8th all time in regular season wins and 4th all time in playoff wins. With coaches with 1000 regular season games coaches Doc is 8th all time in regular season win% and 12th in playoff win percentage. To put it simply. Doc is a WINNER. More of a winner than 99.99% of coaches to ever coach a basketball game.
He's taken 8th seeds or 7th seeds to 6/7 seven games against top seeds multiple times. The prime exampled were 2019 and 2003. Pushing the one seed Pistons to seven when his team's second best player was post injury Grant Hill. Then he pushed the KD warriors to 6 with his best player being LOU WILL. The fact those teams even made the playoffs is a testament to his coaching.
Now Doc is a playoff choker. That much is obvious. But in order to be a playoff choker you have to get deep into the playoffs in the first place. I was sesing people say blasphemy like Rick Carliste is better despite the fact Doc is OBJECTIVELY a better playoff coach than him. Rick had a 15 YEAR stretch not getting out the first round lol. Guys like Jerry Sloan, George Karl, Don Nelson are all habitual playoff chokers too. Yet they aren't endlessly slandered despite also being in the top 15 list. Wonder why? Recency bias. Hell Lenny Wilkins' legacy is quite literally only one chip yet nobody complains about him making it.
Doc is a legend and one of the winningest coaches to ever grace the court. Sure he's a bridesmaid to the absolute gods of coaching. Greg, Phil, Kerr, Red, Pat. But after that tier he's right up there. He's the Karl Malone(only including on the court shit) of coaches and I'm tired of people pretending he's not. Doc Rivers IS HIM!!!!!!
