41yo here never had asthma before but I was experiencing air hunger out of nowhere for months, first pulmonologist did zero test gave me Breo and send me on my way. I don’t think it worked but everyone blamed my shortness of breath on anxiety which I knew it wasn’t.
About 6months later and some googling I got to thinking my symptoms were asthma like I saw another doctor this one a 5 star doc, he ordered blood test and lung tests right away my blood tests were off the charts. He said now we know you have asthma we can’t blame everything on anxiety. I took Trelegy for months but so many side effects, fast bpm some days, more than usual awakenings, slight chest pain.
I was given breztri trial inhaler I was obviously scared to take it but I have to try it no matter what because air hunger is worse.
I know bodies are different but has anyone came from Trelegy and found success with breztri? I was told to do 2 morn and 2 night puffs.

its a bit tricky testing I've downloaded this to PC. When I plug it in the cursor goes, managed to start the game but only drove forward , steering is ok, no reverse , look around with mouse. Middle pedal (t3spa) was accelator the other two didn't do anything any advice ? Do I need to map buttons ? Will it set up easier with other games ?

I also think I'm quite flirty and I get attracted to people quick, I just find it fun and that's just kinda how I am.^^! If that's not your thing then that's absolutely okay! I love being silly & goofy with people, chatting their heads off, asking questions, and overall just really appreciating the time we spend together! True story. I had our dirty undergarments (mine and my little ones’) in a pretty plastic bag. Coming back from airport in uber, forgot to remove the plastic bag. Realized after uber left and called within 2 minutes after. No answer. Called uber and they relayed my request to driver. Driver said will be there in 5 minutes. Waited for an hour. Never showed up
I just want to see the look on his face when he sees inside the bag.

I bought an HP Omen Ryzen 7 7840HS laptop in October last year, when I benchmarked it in Cinebench R23 Single Core first it showed 15xx scores while on websites it was 17xx, I considered that okay and now I benched it in January , It scores 1059 which is quite low. The laptop is in Performance mode, fans max(max temp 39 avg: 32) , so no thermal throttling I guess. The max power reached was 21W. Please help
