Hello, all. I am a 25 cis female who has been taking norethindrone acetate 5mg for 4 years. During that time, I have still ovulated on an irregular basis but I have not had periods. The last 2 cycles I have had breakthrough spotting (brown to dark red) and have noticed a significant increase in the intensity of symptoms and the time it takes for my ovulation and Pre Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) symptoms to go away.
Another complicating factor in this is that I have lost 100 lbs over a year due to the help of GLP-1 medications.
Is it possible that the weight loss made my birth control no longer effective?? What should I do/research in terms of how to cope with this change?

I submitted my manuscript a couple of weeks ago and got nothing but radio silence until a letter came earlier today. Editor congratulated me on the most beautiful piece of fiction he’s ever read and he won’t even take payment to edit it. Instead, he wants 32 cents for every copy sold until he makes 50 grand, and then it goes down to 18 cents in perpetuity. He swears it’s going to be the next big blockbuster, and I should start working on spinoff series to sell to D*sney. Pretty sure I’m going to do it, but should I counter down with 27 cents -> 15 cents or is that too greedy?

Recently got the itch to jump back into an arpg and I’m trying to stave off the desire to buy D4 since it’s considered to be one of the worst by most.
I like PoE, I kinda like PoE2, i liked lost ark save the p2w, I enjoyed last epoch when it launched but once I got to endgame it felt really dry, and the two economy guilds seemed really unpolished.
Has this game measurably improved since launch? Or will I still get to endgame and wonder why I didn’t just play something else instead?
