Finally brought home this beauty🤌🏼
After considering many options, we were just attracted to this car. And we wanted to see how a german car feels like. Test drove it and loved it. And it is a perfect size car, nor too big neither too small.
Other options were-
Skoda Kushaq- This was the first car we went to see. It felt amazingly nice and comfortable. It was our first time experiencing an SUV so we were just impressed. Kushaq was in option mainly because of its 5 star safety rating.
Hyundai creta n line 1.5 manual- This car was full of features which we didn’t even need. We just wanted the dashboard to be minimal. And we have had an i10 before, and faced major issues with the service centre.
Honda elevate- This car just didn’t give that vibe. And it also felt featureless. The salesperson just didn’t even care to properly explain the car features.
Toyota Hyryder G model Petrol manual- The car was kind of small in height. And it also felt expensive for their features. Toyota salesperson was also disinterested in talking about the car, he just handed the features list and then started explaining the cost sheet.
Mahindra XUV700- My dad rejected this car because of its huge size. We could have considered this car but my dad’s friend has this car in petrol variant and he gets a mileage of around 3-4 kmpl. He himself said that he is disappointed with the car. But everyone has their own preferences.
Mahindra Scorpio N line- My dad and I fell in love at first sight with this car also. But my dad couldn’t buy this car as it wouldn’t have suited his job profession.
MG Hector- Rejected because of its big size and being full of features. And another uncle has this car and is also disappointed because of low mileage.
Our requirements was just a family car with necessary features and good safety features. We just wanted a car for long drives and this car was just perfect for this, also considering the reviews, we just went with it.
We got this car for OTR- ₹17,38,187 including BH registration of ₹40,000, SVP of ₹30,000, Accessories of 16,000, and excluding insurance (my dad’s bank provides that). We received a discount of ₹1,95,000 after negotiation, because the car was manufactured in May ‘24. Got PDI done from Zekardo for the same reason as we suspected what condition the car would be in. One small incident also happened week before delivery, which gave us a heavy stress. But after all that, we are just happy to get this car.

2025.01.19 16:28 ElDavis007 Help, charger is blinking

It’s been less than a year since I got my Mini 3sl. I have less than 300 miles on it. I take such good care of my board making sure I’ve never write it to any water or anything crazy. I mean, I clean it after every ride. Keep it tip top shape. I go to charge it this morning and the charger light blinks from red green when plugged in. I’ve never overcharged my tiny ones. I’m always set a timer and make sure to disconnect it as soon as it’s done charging. Has this happened to anyone else? Contacted Tynee and I’m waiting for a reply. No way the charger went out so soon. Really hoping the battery is fine. I don’t want to be left with a 304+ dollar weight of a skateboard.

2025.01.19 16:28 SexWithSocks-On I caused the plane to make an emergency landing because i didn't know i was allergic to quinoa

While solo traveling in the USA i was flying from Oregon to Texas for the 2nd part of my stay. The flight attendant gave me a chocolate quinoa crunch thing. It was quite tasty, i never tried quinoa but i liked it. Shortly after I noticed my throat was tightened up. I started coughing and gasping and went to the bathroom. A flight attendant heard me struggling and asked if i was ok. I told her i can't breathe and they sat me in a bigger first class chair and talked to the pilots on a phone thing. They told me they are landing the plane in a town called Pueblo in Colorado to get me to a hospital. When the pilot made the announcement everyone groaned and was annoyed.
When we landed they had an ambulance waiting for me. I was taken to a hospital where they gave me injections that reduced my swelling to my throat. I was released the next morning and got a call from the airline saying they arranged a shuttle for me to get back to the airport and i was put on the next flight to Houston for free. Luckily the travel agency that i used came with travel insurance that covered my medical expenses. The rest of my trip was amazing but it was embarrassing having a whole plane land just for me.

On January 18, 8 pm CST, my light and my world, my baby boi Jet has gone on to rest in paradise with the Lord. The hardest day of my life. I can't stop screaming and sobbing. The pain in my gut and my heart.
I was devastated to learn of his Lymphoma. He's been a true friend for all 6 years and 10 months I knew him. It was love at first sight and he helped me survive the hardest years of my life. To learn he'd saved my life, but I couldn't save his... It's wrecked me.
He fought so long and so hard for me. His love and spunk and nights of cuddles and zoomies filled my life with comfort and joy and gave me what no one else could during 5 years of severe medical and financial family crisis and abuse.
The amount of pain I feel is beyond words. The amount of tears I've shed is countless. One of the last remaining truly good things in my life, is now gone too. Life without him hardly seems worth living anymore. I don't know how I could ever feel normal, or joy again. I don't want to, without him. I'd hate myself if I allowed myself even a brief moment of it without him. He was my joy. My everything. I don't want anyone or anything else, I want him. I don't want to move on.
Now I am awake again after only 4 hours, my sleep fragmented by images of his eyes, the last times I saw them alive, and then when he was no longer there. He passed peacefully in my arms. I knew he was ready. He'd been telling me for 3 days, and he suffered so much for me. When he was sedated he was already barley breathing. We both knew it was his time ;-;
Why am I left, why am I still here. I want to be where he is😭 I miss him so much already. And it's only going to get worse. No one to talk to. No one to feed, no reason to get up in the morning anymore.
You will live on in my heart, my baby💔🥺 I love you, and life won't ever be the same without you. Thank you for everything. I hope I will see you again one day...

* Cuenta fake porque alta vergüenza JASJDSA* Bueno lo que dice el título, me quiero comprar una moto grande (CFMOTO 450 SR-S cuando llegue a argentina, o si no llega la SR y ya), no sé, el otro día pasé por un concesionario, la vi y me enamoré. Un poco de contexto sobre mí, nunca anduve en ninguna moto, nunca me gustaron las motos pero siempre tuve ese como pensamiento de querer andar en una tipo pistera, mido 1.80, peso 60kg (soy re flaquito mal y la moto pesa 190 kilos), también pasa que me da mucho miedo que me la choreen o me pase algo en un intento de robo hacia mí persona, también respecto al uso de la moto tengo 3 ideas: 1. Rutear, irme a las sierras o por ahí, qué se yo, cosas así. 2. Hacerme una página de IG donde suba videos andando al mango con musica piola, tipo siento que mi personalidad garparía una banda en estas giladas porque todos los moteros grandes que veo (al menos los de habla inglesa) tienen una personalidad así, y bueno si un día me la pego me la pego y fue. 3. Además de la página de IG (y ya sé que me van a saltar al cuello con esto JASJDJASD) es chamuyar flacas con la moto, ni idea, siento que garpa una banda una moto así fachera. También obvio siempre andaría con todos los equipamientos y bla bla bla, tampoco soy suicida jasjasja pero nada, la idea es comprarmela a final de año cuando cumpla 21 y ya saque directamente la licencia para cilindrada grande. En fin, no sé si me va a ir bien, me dan miedo los choros, si se me cae la moto quedo en bolas porque no la levanto ni a gancho, y capaz me mato yendo rápido. Nada eso, qué dicen? Recomendaciones? Opiniones? Pueden saltarme al cuello todo lo que quieran por lo de querer chamuyar con la moto les doy permiso no pasa nada JASDJASJD pero bueno, espero comentarios.
