Here’s why this house is inappropriate I recently posted a photo of the house below and need to explain why it is so offensive for people not familiar with Sedona- but Reddit will not allow me to edit original post. It was built in front of a national landmark/monument of Mammoth Rock and the historic, famed and sacred Chapel of the Holy Cross in Arizona, and in the way of the public’s view of another landmark, Cathedral Rock. For people who don’t know Sedona, this is like putting a McDonalds in front of the Notre Dame Cathedral or a Costco in front of Niagara falls. The selfish individual who owns this home rarely even occupies it but it makes tourism in Sedona less awe inspiring and sacred for tens of thousands every year when the landmarks they traveled across the country to see are obscured by this tasteless garbage. The first two photos are of the “house” and the second two photos the site from which the view of Cathedral Rock is totally destroyed- the famed Chapel of the Holy Cross- a cultural, natural and architectural landmark. This McMansion disrespects Arizona’s and the country’s shared natural and cultural heritage which belongs to the public.

My life’s just felt empty.
I want to just say that I’m not gonna say anything to get attention but it feels like I don’t have anywhere else to talk about how I feel.
My life has felt so empty for a year now. It feels like my mind is dying as the days go on. Maybe I’m stupid to not get it checked out or maybe it’s all in my head. I’ve been doing studying on psychology since I found a passion in it and after some learning I found out I showed lots of signs of Borderline personality disorder. I’m not gonna say it’s 100% obviously but it does match how I’ve been quite a bit. That and psychosis.
I don’t hurt myself badly but I’ve hit myself in the head just because of being so pissed at myself for doing things I hate. I can’t stop them because I’m addicted to it. I know BPD (borderline) can be cured pretty well but that’s not my only problem. I’ve always had it rough with getting with girls. Had one time when I was still pretty awkward and shy, turns out she was using me, or not I still don’t know anymore tbh but it broke me. From what I collected tho she kind of use played with me like I was a toy to throw away when your done. After that I never really tried again, even though I should. I was never really good at it in the first place and then p**n kind of fucked up my brain. I know how wrongly I think but I’m just stuck.
Anyways a year or two after that it was whatever until I decided to do “catfish” celeb Joi stuff on discord. Sounds pretty stupid ik. It wasn’t scamming though I played celebs and gave jois so guys could you know. And I’ll say for the record I’m a guy. So that in itself makes it even worse. It never filled the hole in me. I started to realize I was liking how it felt making guys “happy” I felt fucking weird for it. I continued through changing up what I did for a while.
Until I crossed a threshold I never thought I would. I thought about femboy shit. I got nothing against them but I feel gay now. I feel sick in the head. I wasn’t supposed to be like this. I started as a happy boy who was doing the best in class and now I’m a brain fucked loser who’s barely passing school and I can’t see my future being good. I apologize if I can’t articulate my thoughts well, I’m just jumbled rn. I do experience love but it’s complicated. I’ve never experienced it from someone not obligated to. Idk if that’s greedy to think like that. It just feels like I’m living a constant hell that keeps getting darker as the days go.
It feels like my purpose is just to be a lesson to people. Like I’m supposed to experience this shit just to tell people not to. Like anyone will listen. No one understands a pain until it’s felt. As horrible as it feels it’s almost nice to feel how people who feel this feel. I write down my thoughts most days. Doesn’t change anything but it kinda helps. Mostly just to document what I experience. I should really find someone to speak to though, like a therapist. It felt good to write this out though too.
I feel like that’s all I need to really say. Thanks for reading this far if you did and I hope you have a life blessed with love. It’s all that matters.

Bottom Line: How do I fix my code to get my player object to switch to sPlayerLand sprite ONLY once they have made contact with my oWall and then return to sPlayerIdle sprite after one cycle. (solid and semisolid platforms inherit collision from Owall)
So I have it currently set to transition to the land sprite if there is an oWall and my absolute ySpd is 0.
What this does is puts me in a perpetual loop of "landing" while those conditions are true. How do I escape that condition if I have already landed?
I have posted a link to a gist in the link section for help with troubleshooting. Below is the only code I have for the sprite control related to landing.

I run a very simple Zoom livestream for my church. Currently the setup consists of a webcam on the pulpit for audio and visual. A blue yeti microphone for Congregation Music and singing. This is routed through obs and the virtual Camera to zoom. We'd like to improve the audio and visual.
My main question here on this sub is the left side of the diagram showing audio. Would this work? Is there a better way that is cheap? Our limiting factors are budget and would like to avoid wire installation so wireless is preferred if possible.
Any suggestions or advice would be much appreciated.

I'm working on an indie game and looking for strategies to boost visibility on social media (Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.) and increase Steam wishlists.
Our Steam page has been live for almost a week, so maybe it's still early to evaluate, but results have been quite slow so far. One of the main challenges is that our social profiles are new, and we have very few followers, which makes it difficult to gain initial visibility and engagement.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Do you have tips or strategies to start strong, both on social media and for increasing Steam wishlists?
I’d also love to hear about your own experiences and numbers, if you’re willing to share. How did you start growing your visibility, and what worked best for you?
