Finally got a 8se and wanting to get a camera. I think tge choice is between the asi662 and asi678. Moon will be the dominant subject followed by jupiter. I do want nice clear images of the moon, wantbyo see craters etc.
I ask that who ever has a 8se and these cameras to share what they have captured. The asi678 is 300 vs 150 for the 662. . Is it worth the extra 150 for shoukd I pit the money towards a wireless connectivity. Or maybe a Barlow 2x? A zoom eye piece?

Our clinical lab has a standard volume of antibody cocktail for an assay that we use for testing.
We use the same volume /concentrations no matter what the WBC count is of the sample.
Ie) we use the same volume/conc. Of antibody for a low count CSF sample with a count of 2x106 as we do for a periperhal blood sample of 7x109.
Anticipate problems ?

2025.01.19 16:51 morguexcart 1st Dui wreck with no insurance
I just wanted to start this post off explaining I know how stupid it was for me to be driving around without insurance. I know it was even more stupider to be driving around after a couple of drinks with no insurance. I made a genuine mistake.
I hit two cars and totaled out my car. One of them (my luck) being an off duty police officer. I was charged also with collision to vehicle but the charge got dropped without probable cause somehow so I'm just dealing with the dui. No one was hurt thankfully other than myself with stitches on my head as far as I'm aware.
I just don't know what to expect going forward from here. I'm so traumatized by the experience that I don't want to drink anymore and just trying to focus on bettering myself, but I'm genuinely distraught and scared about what's to come next.
I'm sorry if I'm ranting. I've been looking all over for posts about my certain circumstances. This has been a real hard lesson learned for me.

Hey guy, honestly just need to vent for a bit.
Cause I saw some people saying that this one character has my F/O’s heart, which obviously really hurt🥺
It’s also just super annoying cause it’s literally stated that there’s no clear love or friendship between them, and that the character is just using him, plus the relationship between them is neutral, and there’s a literal rule against these romantic relationships in the franchise too.
Plus they just have my F/O flirt with everyone, even have shipping moments between so many other characters. So it’s like people just completely overlook that.
I don’t know if any one of you have experienced this, and if you have, then what do you do? Do you just remind yourself that people like that are wrong, and that you’re the one who has your F/O’s heart?
Cause like I said, it just hurt reading something like that🥺
Also I’m usually much better at just being able to ignore what people say, and just focus on my relationship with my F/O. But I’ve just been feeling kind of down lately, so I’m just more sensitive to such things I guess😅

My karate dojo closed right before Christmas, and I've been meaning to get back into some form of martial arts. But something I couldn't prepair for is the disappointment I feel, I've spent the last 6 years earning my black belt (as the only female in my dojo making it even harder) and I built up a family there. I went on vacation and now I have a lingering cold and just don't have the motivation to start a new martial art. Like I want to, but it's like part of me is gone now that I don't have karate. I tried out an mma gym before it closed and I liked the class but the environment was so heavy, like most of the people there looked bored and it was kinda intimidating. I'm going to try a new place soon but I just can't make myself get back into now, my energy's low, I havnt even touched a bag in weeks, and I feel like I've lost the people too, I'm only in contact with two people from there and lost contact with everyone else. We had a smaller group of black belts so we got close and relied on each other, but now no body knows where anyone else is training now. The two people I'm in contact with one of them can only take the bus so it might not work out if we tried to train together. The other one I'm not sure if he's going to stay in martial arts and we don't have any contact outside of karate so we don't really talk anymore. I feel so empty and want to start up again, I have all the gear I need to do mma, but I feel like an imposter when I try new places because I'm significantly younger than most people there, too old for the kids classes, too young to hang out with most people there.

Apparently, the LDS church owns stock in Meta which means that FB and Instagram may be censoring voices. Love it or hate it, TikTok was an instrumental in spreading truths about the abuses perpetrated by the Mormon church. I will miss it.
