I don't play particularly demanding games (except for Cyberpunk and Witcher trilogy). 1080p is fine, but would prefer 1440p. Upgradability is a nice bonus but not mandatory. Hey everyone! Robyn here! So after months of it being absent and just persistent as a thought in the back of my mind, the dysphoria has kicked back into gear.
Now that I’m 18 I can start HRT without dealing with my parent, but I feel like it’s just not worth it, like my body isn’t good enough for HRT. I’m 6’ and pretty big, with a natural T-deficiency, but I feel like my body isn’t worthy of HRT, and that by the time I can get it that way, it will be too late. And even things about my body that cause dysphoria I haven’t bothered with in a while.
Does anybody have any tips? Would it be worth it to even try at this point? I’m so scared and lost I just want a body good enough for her

baby boy just turned 6 months and has been majorly struggling with night sleep since the 4mo regression hit us at 3.5 mo. he went from falling asleep independently and sleeping 10-11 hours straight, to anywhere between 4-10 wakeups per night for the past 2.5 months. a really good night is a false start 1hr after bedtime, followed by a 4-6 hour stretch, and then up every 2 hours after that. a bad night is up every 1-2 hours all night.
we’ve recently been experimenting with transitioning from 3 to 2 naps and sometimes it seems to be helping and sometimes it isn’t, and I could use some advice.
within the past three weeks, we have had a few “really good” (for us, see above) nights on either a) 3 naps with 2.25/2.5/2.5/2.75 and 2h10ish total nap time b) 2 naps with 2.75/3/3 and 3hr total nap time c) 2 naps with 2.75/3.25/3.5 and 2h20 total nap time
but we also have had bad nights following days with similar schedules.
I tried to follow his sleepy cues for a few days which resulted in a 3/3.25/3.5 schedule but his night sleep was still super unpredictable and average to bad. I know sleepy cues can be unreliable at this age but I definitely have noticed that these longer wake windows minimize crying before naps, lengthen naps, and make bedtime easier. however, with an over 3hr wake window before bed, he is very drowsy during his bedtime feed but then becomes very alert again while I finish his bedtime routine.
we seem to have a cluster of decent nights together (like 5 in a row, once a month?!) where I think things are improving and then it totally falls apart again.
he seems to only get 12.5-13 hrs total sleep no matter what we do.
other issues we are dealing with are: -false starts (most nights, typically 30min-1hr after bedtime). we randomly had a stretch of 5 days last week with no false starts, but nothing I can discern from our schedule to figure out why that happened. the false starts are typically easily resettled within a couple minutes with minimal intervention -about half of the days he will wake up around 3-4am to have a 1 hour rolling party where he happily rolls around and then eventually goes back to sleep. no clear schedule differences between those days either.
other relevant info: -mostly BF on demand with one supplemental formula bottle before bed. started solids around 5mo but still not consuming much -all naps are contact naps, not looking to change this at the moment -last feed starts 45 min before bedtime, followed by solid bedtime routine -falls asleep independently in floor bed, white noise, blackout blinds, good temp, etc -bedtime was 7-7:30ish on 3 naps with 7am DWT, but is usually closer to 6pm on 2 naps which leads to 6am wake which is ok with me.
any thoughts on this? I’d honestly be really happy if most nights could be like our recent good ones with one longer stretch and a couple night feeds, not expecting him to sleep through the night or to fully night wean yet. also not interested in leaving him to cry himself to sleep.

This applies to music industry in general. Now that USA has officially banned TikTok, many kpop idols will suffer. Here are the main reasons:
- a lot of idols relied on vitality of the songs on TikTok through memes and dance challenges instead of sales, chart and awards.
- TikTok also took a large part of the fandom culture from Twitter . TikTok based fandoms will be less active now.
- a lot of tracks/albums are produced around the potential of going viral on TikTok. The companies now have to rethink their cbs
- Kpop idols/companies have a lot of undisclosed collaborations with creators and reactors who use that idol/group’s sound to boost the track on TikTok chart and push it on to the people
- TikTok can help create a false narrative about any situation regarding an artist and their issue (positive or negative vital marketing)
