I have 8 weeks until my first marathon but I’m spending about 3 weeks (not consecutively) abroad for work. I work in sports so it’s going to be a lot of early mornings and late nights as well as travel days and I’m not sure how much time I’m going to get to train. I’ve tried to schedule my deload weeks during those times but I’m wondering if I am able to run, even for just 30mins-1hr, what is best to prioritise? I will try to follow my plan as much as possible but there’s no way I’m going to have time to do 3hour long runs so I’m not sure what’s best to do instead. Just doing easy miles or some speed work, or just see what I can do with the time I have? I’ll be staying in hotels that have gyms as well so can always do some treadmill running to save time navigating and finding routes. Curious to know if anyone has any advice.

I've switched out my large cast iron Dutch oven for a smaller, enameled one. It has higher sides and denser materials than my stainless steel saute pan. I am thinking of ditching the saute pan, and cannot think of anything that I would cook in it that I couldn't cook in the Dutch oven. Are there foods or methods that would work noticeably better in the saute pan, with its lower walls and faster response times, than in the Dutch oven? I'm a relatively proficient home cook.

I’m extra sad about him today. Have been seeing someone new who treats me very well & is really attentive & into me but it’s.. just, not, Him. All I want is to let go. I thought I was letting go & maybe even fully had. I hate this & want it to be over & move on. So very cruel of the universe to show us a teeny glimpse of our connection & then tear it away. We live hundreds of miles apart. He clearly sees the logical aspect of how impossible being together is but my heart won’t let go & I’m hating myself for that.

We got shown the door right away last night. All the blame is hard to argue against. But at least we were in The Dance.
Humor me here. Maybe it seems like small potatoes but like…we win at Lambeau now. Regularly. That kinda thing used to be treated like playoff game. Now we treat playoff games like playoff games. Anybody remember the Matt Flynn game? Yeah. That shit doesn’t happen anymore.
The stakes were SO high this year. The vendetta from last year, Injury after injury, keeping up with the stupid fuckin Eagles and Vikes, stacking aaaallllll those wins… it all felt thrilling but also precarious af. Like this mountain they kept climbing but feeling more and more unstable the higher they got.
I think we’re traumatized from the decades of losing and we feel like it HAD to happen this year. Because deep down, we’re afraid this is a flash in the pan. We’re afraid we’re gonna go right back to how we were. Everybody’s talking about window this and window that. Well to me, that kinda wreaks of “I’m a fan saying this because it’s popular to when really idk wtf I’m talking about”. There’s some validity but most of the time it’s parroting.
Don’t let the bastards keep you down. Don’t let yourself be one of the bastards, either. Choose to believe that Brad, Dan, and the Lions are still for real. It’s the only way, y’all. Forward down the goddamn field.

I am 26M and follower of Sanatan Hindu Dharm. I have been observing for a long time that the majority of Hindu population believe in what is going on in social media rather than trying to read and understand their scriptures properly.
The point is, majority of Hindu population is loudly supporting inter caste marriages, but why? if you are one of them, give me some strong points in defense of this.
Some quick examples from Bhagavad Geeta, that offense the inter-cast marriage -
Bhagavad Gita 1.41: Arjun Says "By the prevalence of impiety, O Krishna, the women of the family become corrupt; and women being corrupted, O descendent of the Vrishni-clan, there arises intermingling of castes". (please see the original verse, there is clearly mentioned "VARNA-SAMKARTA" in Sanskrit, because some translations/commentaries may be different).
If Arjun is not a Sanatani then why would he mention this issue which was likely to arise after the disaster of Mahabharat war?
Bhagavad Gita 3.24: Shree Krishn Says "These worlds would perish if I did not perform action; I would be the author of confusion of castes and would destroy these beings."
If Shree Krishn is not a Sanatani and inter-casteism is not harmful for all of us, then why is "VARNA-SHAMKAR" mentioned in the verse?

I currently have a fire stick 4k max 2nd gen & about every 15 mins it goes into sleep mode without being prompted. I've tried a couple little things to change it like someone suggested turning off ambiance. It didn't fix the problem though. Does anyone know how to fix this?
