I'm searching for some ways to automate! I'm a construction project manager in a small but rapidly growing company so I wear many hats. I'm trying to find ways to help my productivity, streamline my focus, automate mundane tasks, artificially intelligate my processes, etc...
Looking for any suggestions you guys use to aid your position. Softwares for organizing, helping research, write emails or documents, create SOP's, manage projects and schedules, create action tasks, whatever.
In the age of AI and technology I feel I'm severely under-utilitizing the mass of softwares available out there and want to hear what you've found that makes your job even 1% easier!

2025.01.19 17:53 Hopeful_Culture_6448 Air Bar Fell: can I keep using the stove today?
I’m relatively new to having a wood stove. After I put a piece of wood in today, a cascade of metal parts fell down. Researching it, it looks like the flat metal parts were holding up the air tube. I took the flat metal parts out. The air tube itself is still attached on one side, but is hanging down on the other. Of course we are both in the middle of a snowstorm and our HVAC is out. 🤦🏻♀️ So I was really counting on the stove to keep us warm. Can I still use it while the tube is hanging, or do I need to let the fire die out and fix the (d*mn) tube? The baffle is still where it’s supposed to be. Thx for helping.

My right ear recently broke (in wrestling). They call it a “cauliflower ear”.
My parents and some family members telling me to get rid of it because my ears don’t align anymore and it makes affect my appearance in the outside world.
While some of my other friends tell me to keep it it’s not that significant or it doesn’t matter.
If I were to get rid of it I would have to do a small surgery (I did before once on my ear for the same reason).
What’s your honest opinion? Is it ugly? Is it ok? Is it attractive? This isn’t about validation but rather my health as Ive mentioned before.

She is giving me anxiety! I understand she has been through a great deal of trauma, really, I do, but how can she fulfill her vow to Nehemiah - the ONLY thing she seems to care about these days - if she won't let herself heal?
She talks down about herself every opportunity she has! Thinking every other heir is better than she is, because what? She was only eight years old. There was nothing she could have done.

I was away for a month and fasted my betta for a bit but because it was such a long time I visited partway through to check the water parameters and enlist a friend to feed him. He had nipped his fins during the fasting time and they still look like this. He otherwise seems fine, but wanted to know what I can expect and how I can help his fins recover.
