Saw Dagr's bird today on somebody's avatar and thought hey, we only have two Aided heroes so far. Kinda getting complicated now as we have lots of "special"/asset heroes (Legendary, Mythic, Ascended, Rearmed, Attuned, Aided), do you think they'll start releasing multiple brand new asset heroes at once? They already did it iirc (i recall a New Heroes banner with an Attuned and a Rearmed in it), do you think that's gonna become the norm?
I'm not a fan of Aided heroes so i don't feel the need to have more, but the others are nice, every one has a role... it got crowded though.

I tested positive for Flu A on 1/8. I originally went to urgent care thinking I had a sinus infection. My symptoms were body aches, low grade fever, sinus pain&pressure, no appetite, headache. I never developed a cough or sore throat. I felt “off” for a few days but sick for 2-3, I went back to work last week (teacher) and started working out again. I’ve worked out 5 out of 7 days, no breathing issues or shortness of breath. Heart rate wasn’t elevated at rest.
Now it’s Sunday and the body aches are starting up again. I guess my question is has anyone felt better and then the symptoms started back up? Did I overdo it too quickly? I know I could have caught something else but this is the first time I’ve ever had the flu.

I've been taking vyvanse for my ADHD, Initially, the medication completely suppressed my appetite and helped me lose weight. I struggled with binge eating my whole life so this side effect was kind of a welcome bonus for me.
However, recently, the appetite-suppressing effect has worn off, and I've been eating more.
Yesterday, I conducted an experiment: I took my medication on an empty stomach and delayed eating until later in the day. I noticed that the medication's effects were stronger, and I was more productive and less hungry.
My theory is that eating in the morning when the medication kicks in might be causing me to hyperfocus on food throughout the day. Has anyone else experienced this?
I have also read other theories on here that whatever you are focusing on when the meditation kicks in is what you are focusing on for the rest of the day. I wonder if this is related.
I'd love to hear from others who might have noticed a connection between their ADHD medication and eating habits. Is it possible that delaying food intake until later in the day could help maximize the medication's effectiveness?

I have Googled the topic, and I soaked them for over an hour in very hot water, then the recipe calls for cooking for 30 minutes. It is now 1.5 hours later, and they are still not soft. Do I need to soak overnight next time? What do I do to fix this... worried veggies will be overdone, but the lentil soup isn't thickening and they are still not soft, tho getting softer.

My current pre-authorization is good through 6/17/2025. According to Caremark my PCP can submit a “renewal pre-authorization” up to 90-days early. That would be 3/19/2025. Will my doctor know what that is? Does she submit whatever my BMI is on 3/19/25 or what it was when she submitted it early October 2024? I need any and all tips/assistance so I can continue being covered for Zepbound.
