Hey! I have 1 x Betta, 6 x neon tetras and around 8-12 amano/cherry shrimp in my fully planted 54l tank. I want to add in a rabbit snail to help with any algae as my dojo loaches have now been moved out. I’ve read cuttlefish bone - which rabbit snails need? - can increase the hardness of the water, which isn’t great for Bettas? Is it ok?

The bottom of my tailgate got bent this morning from my garage door. It’s not horrible, but it bent and scratched the tailgate enough that it cracked it a little.

But obviously nothing happened to sir pentious? He walks out not even a minute later completely unscathed. The sex club is literally called consent lol there obviously must be rules here. I’m sure he told them it was a misunderstanding and walked out. And from their pov he had literally just given consent, this is totally different from angel’s experience. I’m sure people have talked about this before but I’m still seeing people use it as an excuse to hate the show or hate vivziepop. So, I was discussing with a mundane a while ago, and wanted some feedback. As a wizbard you meet all sorts of interesting people and while I do not have teleport as a spell, I can ask those that do.
So first the principle states that gravity and acceleration are identical. For example, suppose one is in an elevator, and said elevator is teleported to the void, and keeps accelerating at the same rate as an identical elevator not sent to the void. Assuming one could be in two places at once, one can't determine which elevator one is standing, or even if said elevator has been teleported at all.
So, to those far more skilled than I in the art, does teleportation result in a change in momentum and acceleration?

Hi everyone, I'm back with a new post.
I have been reading a lot of new post in this sub and while I appreciate every post, I also feel like a lot of you have been looking at sync in the wrong angle.
A big part of sync licensing is about getting accepted into librairies and reaching out with some of your songs but the truth is that this is only a small part of what sync licensing is truly about.
Sync licensing, short for synchronisation licensing, means that if music (an original composition) is to be used in any types of media (video games, ads, tv...) it needs to be cleared and the rights holders have to agree on certain terms in order for the music to be used.
With that in mind, I'm sure you all have been looking into how to make it into sync and found countless videos (and even this sub) on how to produce for libraires such as Pond5 of Motion Array and some guy has told you they've been making hundreds of dollars a month just with sync. While that can be true, I need you guys to stop thinking it's easy.
First, those kind of librairies are SATURATED. Second, their clients don't usually have big budgets, it's more for smaller creators. Yes you can have placements that pay, yes the money can stack up overtime but the amount of composers making a living wage out of those librairies is basically NONE-EXISTENT and the deals are not always artist friendly. And by the way, a lot of librairies have been hiring composers they already worked with that they TRUST to make albums for them. Or even AI...
There is another part of sync. Which is not based on the idea of producing thousands of low-quality songs. It's based on artistry and originality. There are a lot of big budgets for ads or video games that are looking for extraordinary music. And mind you, even those are hard to get.
Instead of going to the Motion Arrays of this world, take some time to search for librairies or agencies in your area that might be doing some local work and reach out to them. You'll have way more chance of getting through someone if they are local to your area.
And by the way, sending 20 emails to librairies and not getting a response is normal. Everyone is flooded by emails and a lot of music industry people are tired of receiving random emails from a random person that they don't know if they'll even be able to clear the music. Keep reaching out every 3-6 months and work on your emails and presentation. Most importantly, don't expect to make a living out of this in your first year. It might take 5 years before getting a placement, and you need to be okay with that because if not, sync is not for you and you've been sold a dream.

 | My phone is Poco M6 Pro. On Friday (January 17), there was an update to HyperOS 2.0. I upgraded to the latest version. But after 1 day of upgrading, apps like Reddit, Insta, ShopeePay could not log in and the common error was "No network/Unable to connect to server". I used both 4G and Wifi to access Facebook, tiktok, yt and could watch normally and only those apps had errors. I checked to see if there was an update to fix this error, but it was like in the video. Using the system app to respond also did not work. I had a lap last year with an OBGYN, she said it was clear and sent me packing. Naturally, I felt like everything was in my head, maybe I WAS dramatic and lazy and horrible.
I lost my fucking mind after that, I have a family history of adenomyosis and endo, I have 3 generations of women before me that had to have total hysterectomies by age 30. Found a specialist who cancelled surgery. Found another specialist who freaked me out. Found a new OB who said it wasn’t endo. Found another specialist who was actually a saint, and decided fuck my uterus idc if it doesn’t help, I want a hysterectomy. (Don’t do this, I am mentally ill ok)
Yall I had stage three endo on my bowels and rectum, behind my uterus and in my pelvis. I had adeno as well.
I had a hysterectomy, but kept my ovaries and had all the endo excised. I feel amazing :,). I know it could still come back, but I have never in my adult life been this pain free.
Find a specialist baddies!! Get multiple opinions!!! Fight!!! Don’t let anyone tell you you’re not valid or not worth it! I could not have gone on like that for another 16 years, wasting time and money and boohoo tears begging doctors to listen.
If you’re considering a lap for the first time see a specialist. If you got a negative lap with an OB consult a specialist. Best of luck to all my baddies, I’m taking full advantage of the honeymoon phase and grabbing life by balls in case I get worse again 🫡🫡 stay strong out there!
