I traditionally wear Altra King Mtn for trail running. But will be in Wisconsin all of February and likely will do a fair share of road running due to lack of access to trails. What more so natural barefoot shoes are good for winter running in serious cold? Could I work the Altra King Mtn shoes with the right socks?

35 f with rosacea on my forehead that showed up at age 31 or 32, hormonal cystic acne on my chin once a month, and keratosis pilaris on my cheeks, upper arms, and backs of my thighs. Previously had what I considered “combination” skin, but now it’s more sensitive and dry. I love skincare and am open to trying new things, but have to be more careful now bc of the rosacea. If something works well, I’ll use it forever.
Previously used La Roche Posay foaming face wash in the blue bottle from age 17-30ish, always got compliments on my skin and it was consistent in keeping my skin happy and clear. Now, it’s too drying, but my skin does not love the white bottle version for dryer skin.
Generally prefer plastic-free/ “clean” products if I can find them.
Facewash: etee gentle face cleanser. Using for about two weeks, so far so great. Pros: low emissions, cool plastic-free refill packaging, very gentle but effective (gets all makeup off in one go), skin feels very good after use. Cons: pump on optional bottle does not work well, but it’s whatever. Planning on emailing to give them a heads up.
Moisturizer: prequel skin utility gel, using for only 3 days 2x/day, also so far so great. Pros: seems like the tube will last me a long time, good price for “luxury” skincare, absorbs very nicely, is keeping my rosacea patch hydrated and smooth during this colder weather, wears well under makeup, layers well under other moisturizers/products. Cons: none so far aside from plastic packaging
Other moisturizers that haven’t irritated my skin: youth to the people adaptogen deep moisture cream, have used two full 2oz jars before and would buy again. Pros: very good moisture without heaviness/greasiness, lasts all day, “clean” ingredients, not irritating to any of my skin issues. Cons: $58 for 2oz topicals like butter moisturizer, used 2 full tubes and would buy again. Pros: good moisture, a little heavier for more dryness/intense weather, lasts all day, “clean” ingredients, metal tube packaging/low plastic, decent pricing for “luxury” skincare. Cons: over time no longer seemed to keep my rosacea patch hydrated (I would layer over the prequel utility gel now).
Sunscreen: prequel sun barrier, using for a few days, so far so good. Pros: mineral sunscreen, no irritation or drying at all, absorbs well, feels good on the skin, good price, layers well, sits well under makeup Cons: dries a little too glowy/shiny for my taste, but a little makeup and/or powder takes care of that.
Serum: prequel lucent-c, using for a few days 2x/day, so far so great. Pros: seems like a good SkinCeuticals CE ferulic dupe so far, good price, no irritation so far. Cons: the usual vitamin c weird smell, but it fades (I am very sensitive to smells).
Still trying to figure out the kp situation.
If anything changes, I’ll make an update, but have had trouble finding specific recs on here/elsewhere based on my specific issues and preferences. I’m using so many prequel products rn bc they have rosacea specific products. I do not like cerave or cetaphil, and have mixed feelings about elta md sunscreen (rosacea patch gets dried out after using for a while, and it also makes me look very pale).
