I'm just wondering how long do you expect your shoes to last.
Mine is sneakery, soft rubber outsole, it is now a little bit older than 2 years old, and I already need to replace it. this shoes is my "daily driver" and i use it almost everytime i go out with few exceptions when i have to use other shoes.
It's still usable, but the insole is flattened down so it doesn't provide cushion or comfort it used to (and also making my feet slightly hurt), and it definitely looks worn down.
I won't throw it out, it'll be my backup shoes, but i definitely need a new pair.
I'm just wondering would a more expensive shoes last me longer? I understand different materials might have better lifespan but I'm all for sneakers tbh. I do have a leather boots but it's not as comfy so special occasions only for now.

I was gifted a gen 3 by someone I no longer have contact with. I finally opened the box and tried to wear it and only made it like sixteen hours before I learned the hard way that my fingers swell over night. So back into the box it went.
Do I have any recourse with the company besides trying to sell it privately? (I have it posted on poshmark and fb marketplace for $200 and I’ve had zero interest and I feel like I can’t justify the purchase of a new one unless I can get rid of this one.) Ideally, I’d like to make an exchange for a bigger size, and maybe upgrade to a gen 4 instead, but I have no proof of purchase/receipt or access to that.

I recently tried to put a tampon in because I hate pads but I had to stop because I started feeling weird. It wasn't really a physical feeling like pain or something but more emotional/mental.
I felt really shaky and kind of upset and hated the feeling of it. I have no idea why I got like that but I just felt really really bad and kind of anxious I guess? But it wasn't really anxiety, more just this weird bad feeling. Like all of a sudden I didn't want anything touching me there and I just felt kind of sick and shaky. Is this normal for a first time putting a tampon in? Has anyone else had this weird feeling?
