I 24F and my partner 24M have been together for only about 7 months. I have never felt scared/worried or intimidated by him until yesterday.
We were filming an intro for our youtube, we are both camera shy and this was something new for both of us so were understandably nervous for it. Our first take he spoke first and i got the nervous giggles take over, i was in no way laughing at him, i was nervous for me having to talk next.
I started to apologise for ruining the first attempt, and before i could get any words out i felt a sudden throb of pain as he had hit the back of my head with his hand.
He started going off how i shouldnât be laughing at him, i told him i wasnt that i was just nervous, then told him how him hitting me had hurt. I was sore and so shocked at what had happened. He was re starting the video on his phone but i didnt want to continue. I also didnt want to cry but i did, and i repeated to him that what he did really did hurt me a lot.
He told me that he only meant it as a playful little smack, because i had thrown him off. He didnât sound apologetic at all, then just grabbed his tripod/phone and said to forget what we were doing in a pretty pissed off tone.
I walked back into the house, unsure of what to do or where to go. I grabbed my phone and just sat outside, away from him. He came out to ask me why i was reacting this way and if something has happened in the past. I have grown up with and had exâs who were all angry men, all who had at one point or another physically hurt me. But honestly? It wasnt anyone from my past that had hurt me that day, it was him. It was like he couldnât believe that he was the one who had hurt me and upset me, so it must be some kind of âtraumaâ that made me react that way. I was shaking so much as i tried to talk to him.
After i explained this to him, he said absolutely nothing and left. He came back out again 10 minutes later to ask if i was still happy in the relationship, i said yes (but i dont think i am) and he told me if Iâm not that he understands, but he just wants me to talk to him about it. He went back inside yet again and carried on his night as usual. Cooked dinner, had a smoke, scrolled instagram reels, etc like nothing at all had happened. And thats the part that really disturbs me.

This is kind of an odd question but my in laws are in town and I am planning on taking them to Warlord for dinner tonight.
They donât like ârawâ meat and like their food well done.
Every video and picture Iâve seen of Warlord (ex. The burger is rare).
Do they ask how you like your meat cooked? Or is it more like the loyalist where they cook it as they please?

I am a 27 yr old female, I have had this bump on my inner thigh where my leg meets my groin for weeks. It is pea sized and hard. I have poked at it so much to try to drain it but nothing helps. A few weeks ago it had pus like a pimple but after I popped it, it looks the same. I've tried pimple patches, airing it out, bandaids, rubbing alcohol. Nothing will help.
