I've moved into a ~50s single family home. I know its not efficient as it could be (nor as efficient as the seller disclosed, by a factor of probably 10, but okay), and I see some obvious things like spots in the attic where insulation needs amended or replaced, but I think instead of guessing, I should have a pro out to help me understand the efficiency of my house and where my effort is best spent.
Does anyone have recommendations for businesses, tools, govt programs, anything useful regarding conducting an energy audit?

So I've had my New shiny Rav4 hybrid for 1 week now. and I LOVE it! I've managed to get it down to an average of 4.7L per 100kms! it drives so smooth and looks so slick!
I have my car finance just began and ill be on finance for 14500. even though it's not a large amount. it's still a little bit nerve inducing. but I plan on powering through this and paying it off before the year is up.
