Hello guys!! Could someone please tell me what steps to take next, (other than “reach out!” , “online support groups/therapy” , “just stop throwing up!” The last 6 months, this disorder has taken over EVERY aspect of my life. I’ve created weird rituals, patterns, and schedules just to continue to ruin myself and hide my disorder. I’ve worn my body so badly that I am beginning to show the physical signs. My jaw is extremely swollen, and my glands are abused. I can’t even wear my hair up anymore. I have busted blood vessels in both eyes and under them are black circles where lines of capillaries ruptured. I cannot excuse these physical symptoms and my family is really questioning what is going on. I want help, but I don’t want to deal with the judgment from an unsupportive family who will just make everything worse. I mentally cannot do this anymore, all I think about is food. All I think about is binging and throwing up Any advice would be greatly appreciated, Thank you!!!

I’m a mother to four children, I work a lot, I play video games, I read, I like to write letters when I find someone I can write letters with. I’m really into social justice and loving others and treating people the way that you would like to be treated. I spend a lot of time at work and when I’m not working, I’m usually with my family. I used to do mutual aid and I miss that a lot. In the past I have been through a lot of stuff that’s just made me really want to connect with people and hear about them and tell about my own experiences as well.
Some of my favorite tv shows include Only Murders in the Building, Ghosts, Abbott Elementary, What We Do in the Shadows, Hell’s Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares.
I love the bands Tool, Puscifer, A Perfect Circle, Goose, and artists like Brother Ali, Aloe Blacc, Leon Bridges, Bakar, MURS, Atmosphere, but I listen to a little of everything and could talk about music endlessly.
I also draw and paint when I get time.

Hi,
I am looking for either a method or specific bluetooth controller that will automatically connect to my Libra Colour without using KOReader.
My current setup:
- Libra Colour
- Kobo-btpt
- Nickelmenu
- D01 bluetooth ring
menu_item : main : Bluetooth on & connect :nickel_bluetooth :enablechain_success :cmd_spawn :sleep 3 && bluetoothctl connect MACADDRESSIt will successfully turn on Bluetooth but it will not automatically connect. I have to go into settings and then choose to connect to it and then it's fine. I'd prefer to use the D01 since I already have it, but I'm open to other devices that are known to work with the Libra Colour. I'm reasonably certain I have the correct MAC address. I connected the D01 to my Mac and checked in systems settings under bluetooth.
Anyone successfully get this working?

Not far along at all but I'm in the station above Toshara and I just saw the band with the Treadwell drummer door. So fun and cute. Atmosphere overall has been great. Disappoints me the game hasn't done so well, with a couple of good reasons for it but generally the game is excellent. Do hope another open world SW game comes around. We'll out on the universe itself when you don't have something as free roaming as this.

Like the title said i have this problem and want to learn how to control it or atleast prolong how long i can last.
I'm 19 and had tight forskin until i was like 17. Because of that i am still really sensitive and don't know how i can desensitize myself since everytime i'm flaccid my forskin rolls back forward after like a minute no matter how many times i pull it back.
I try edging but don't know if i'm doing it right because nothing is changing. I Masturbate till i'm about to reach my PONR and then wait till the feeling subsides to then start again. I've been doing this for about a year and everytime i last about 10 secs and reach my PONR again. I also have this problem, albeit not as bad, when i try to use my imagination. Yet i don't have this problem when Masturbating normally.
I believe it might be the audio stimulation that gets to me because when the porn is muted i last longer than the 30 secs, more like a minute give or take.
Is there anything i can do? Am i edging Wrong? Should i wait until i'm flaccid again to then start up again? Is trying to desensetize myself going to help in this situation.?

2025.01.19 23:04 Sunriseandset Pale stool and too much Vitamin A/Vitamin D?
Age & Sex: 32 M
So, I've been taking a multivitamin every day, which contains 900 mcg Vitamin A (100% RDA) and 20 mcg Vitamin D (100%RDA), and also taking an extra 25 mcg of Vitamin D on top of that. I've been trying to gain weight recently, which means I've been also eating a good amount. Besides everything else I'm eating, I've been eating two eggs every day, drinking two glasses of milk, eating chicken, and a good amount of baby carrots, which are all apparently sources of Vitamin A. Well, in the last two days, my stool has become super pale. When I look it up, it says this could be caused by too much Vitamin A/Vitamin D and that it could be hurting my liver.
Should I go to urgent care over this? Also, should I just stop taking my vitamins and cut back on the Vitamin A for a while? I'm just unsure if I should go to the hospital or not.
