Hi y'all! I've been asked by a new local floristry shop to design some of the greeting cards they plan to sell. I love doing this type of work, but this is the first time I've ever been asked to do it for someone else's shop like this. Exciting, & nerve-wracking. I'm wondering: how can I figure out what I should be paid per design and things like that? Do I need to write up a full proposal and negotiate with the owner? I'd love any advice.

So I am now stuck in FM. Every time I try to go to ML, BI, or BR the game stuck in the infinite loading screen.
I've reset the Switch, reinstalled the game but it doesn't work.
I know Hinterland is aware of this issue and they say they are working on it. But when..?
Should I just leave the game for a couple of days and forget about it?

After clashing with my clan for almost 10 years, we have finally broken 1000 war wins. Leader now, I started out getting booted a bunch of times over my low town hall til they finally co'd me up so it wouldn't happen anymore. It has been a joy to lead my clan through thick and thin, and we have some beast hitters that helped bring these W's over the years.

The Democratic Party is revived for this election with Oof as its nominee, this not only keeps the elections more normal but will also bring donkeys back

Noob to NG. Just started on Sigma with the NGMC. I'm on normal and at Ch. 8. I haven't used any Ninpo at all really bc I haven't taken the time to/skipped past learning it. I like to play single-player games with zero research to almost make it as pure as possible.
How useful is Ninpo and how often do you use it when fighting? What is the objective best if there is one?

I joined a sorority last Fall and it’s very bottom tier, considered the worst ranking sorority on campus. At the beginning, I didn’t care about the rankings and I joined the sorority knowing that we were bottom tier. We are also the smallest sorority on campus. I feel like we’re not really apart of the other Panhellenic orgs, it feels like we’re the odd one out which isn’t the greatest feeling. Our sorority isn’t well known nationally either which is disappointing to see no one talking about it. I’ve been struggling to make friends in my sorority. I’ve seen groups of girls from my member class on campus, they’ve never waved or said hi, and just sort of looked at me. Going to the meals at the house makes me nervous as it’s so loud and there’s so many girls I don’t know. They’re all super sweet though, I just get nervous to put myself out there. I want to make long lasting friends in my chapter. I haven’t had any close friends in a while and It’s been really difficult to make any. Does anyone have any words of advice for feeling like you don’t fit in and struggling to make friends?

Hi! I accidentally got stuck in 2008 and still religiously use Chi Silk Oil after washing my hair to help with tangles. My hair is really thick so anything to make brushing it easier is a win in my book. There’s nothing exactly wrong with the product but I’ve tried looking around for something else to use and have no idea what I’m doing. I don’t even know what it is that makes this product work so well for me so shopping for replacements is a bit challenging. I like that I can use it as often as I shower and it doesn’t make my hair heavy or greasy. I did try coconut oil for a while but it didn’t work as well. Any suggestions? 😅
