Since september 2023, i’ve been getting sebaceous cysts behind my ears literally every few months & keep having to go on antibiotics because of it. the past few, have been behind my left ear. I saw a derm in OctobeNovember & she said that sebaceous cysts are common & some people are just prone to them. I’m just not sure why i’ve been getting them behind my ears so often and only there. and when they’re “gone” they’re never fully gone, they stay as little bumps.
i currently i have it again (same one) & it’s starting to become painful for me to wear my glasses even (which happened in november when i had it and it was infected). the only thing the derm told me that would maybe help was injection of steroid (which behind my ears sound horrible). dr google says to clean w witch hazel behind your ear? what are some other ways to help this so it doesn’t become infected?

Hi everyone,
My employer (Recruitment Agency) did not provide me a written reference letter for a year, as they promised in the settlement.
I have been unable to find work in without any kind of positive reference as well. My manager (Client of Recruitment Agency) demanded all my managers and peers in a meeting to reject all communications with me.
The basis of the unfair dismissal was because I misplaced the laptop in the office during the weekend - which a security guard took and locked up in the office. I worked in the weekend as I had a flexible working arrangement due to my Mum being terminally ill and I was the sole caregiver at the time.
I was only given a verbal warning and there was no disciplinary process that followed until I received a call from my Recruitment agent that I was fired.
I am not sure what category this will fall under in a Personal Grievance?

I've always been a country boy, never been to a bar or the city alone always with other people. I want to start going out to meet more friends and women, yet it is way out of my comfort zone going to bars and the city alone. I'm thinking of seeing if any friends would tag along with me a few times just to get out, but I don't think that will help me with doing it alone. What are some ways I can get over this fear so I can start living the life I want to live.
I end up matching with women from the nearby big city, but it's about 45 minutes to an hour drive, I could always take the train but both of these are daunting especially with the traffic of the city, always trying to get them to meet me somewhere outside of the city, but it would be nice to gain the courage to meet them inside the city for once and also to Party On My Own.
