I ( F27) have a very dear friend ( F27) who has been dating her boyfriend T for two years now. T to me seems as a very agreeable, sensitive and calm guy. T lost his father recently and I went by my friends place to express my condolences and hang out with them. At some point T mentioned a coworker of his who has no self confidence in his job but a lot of in general life confidence. My friend then laughed and said to her boyfriend "you're the opposite of him". I know it doesn't sound bad but she didn't leave it there. At some point later in the night,the three of us were watching a movie with a unique looking guy and I said somehow I find this man attractive. My friend started saying what do you like about him? he's bad looking. I said his eyes are beautiful, big and a bit down turned to which she responded " Yeah those eyes are not beautiful, I don't like them.T has the same eyes ". She basically admitted in front of him that she doesn't like his eyes. Now tbh T is not a physically attractive guy and most people would agree. I'm just a bit surprised because my friend is overweight and although she has very beautiful features - she has mentioned many times insecurities about her body to me. I've never heard T make any comment towards her appearance. I don't know what may happen when I'm not present or if T is okay with this and it's just friendly banter. To me it didn't sit right and also T didn't laugh or respond at it in neither occasion.Also , listening to my friend saying this in my presence made me feel really uncomfortable. Should I bring it up to her or should I let it be, since they are a couple and know their dynamics best? Btw I've known my friend for 10 years she's by no means an abusive or mean person but I know we can all make mistakes or act harshly towards others. So what should I do?

Hi Everyone
Basically my partner and I have broken up and he's agreed to move out on 1 March. We rent a property in Vic and he's put his agreement in writing to the real estate agent that he will be moving out, and they have agreed to remove him from the lease from 1 March, and I've agreed in writing to everyone that I'll be paying him his share of the bond once it has transferred to me.
I'm getting a bit stressed because he's making suggestions that if he can't find a place to move into he won't be leaving, and he's refusing to move to his parents place while he looks for something else despite them offering for him to move to their place temporarily.
My question is, come 1st March when the lease officially is in my name only, what can I do if he doesn't leave? Is there some sort of legal process to follow? Or is it like call the cops and have him removed type situation?
I'm trying not to stress too much about this right now, but I want to have a plan in place in case things go south and he doesn't leave on the agreed date.

 | My pupper had some sort of stomach bug for a week (she’s 100% back to her weird self) and when it started, she vomitted her raw salmon breakfast on my bed - on the duvet cover, through to the poly filled duvet, top sheet, fitted sheet and to mattress. It all went right into the wash using Lysol Laundry disinfectant and Sunlight Free and Clear detergent on hot wash, cold rinse and then dried. Everything except the duvet cover (100% cotton) came out fine. While it has no stain, it does have an oily fishy smell. Yesterday, I put it through the same wash routine again. The smell is slightly less but still there and really unpleasant. What does the group suggest? Things to note:
I played a XBow Merc during Closed Beta, liked the weapon type and using Explosive Shot, but I didn't like the Witchhunter or Gemling Ascendancies when those were announced.
Since I wanted to play Explosive Shot, a fire skill, Infernalist seemed cool - It had a dogo that reduces damage taken and Phys taken as that we knew would be helpful since armor was bad. It had extra ignite and extra fire damage and extra crit damage, and I quickly figured out using a Cloak of Flame should be really good! I played similar builds in PoE1...
Sure, using Witch and starting at the top of the tree was different, but there was nothing stopping me from trying to play XBow and I decided to try something out since it's Early Access, to really test the new game. Still, plenty of Fire nodes at that side of the tree. Some nodes changing to Minion stuff was unexpected, but ok, not idea-breaking.
I didn't really have many problems during Campaign and early maps, but now that I'm doing T15's killing bosses has become really hard after I acquired 6 Map Boss Skill Points and upped the Map Boss Difficulty to +3. I can full clear maps, but when fighting bosses my damage seems lackluster and, even though I can tank lots of their attacks, some still 1shot me or I run out of pots when they hit me for 50% of my life constantly.
- First question - should I just remove (some of) those +1 map boss difficulty Atlas points and fight easier bosses?
- Keep using Explosive Shot for mapping
- Stay as an Infernalist, but open to changing Ascendancy points allocation (but really want to keep doggo)
- Using Avatar of Fire is thematically cool with Infernalist (and it is a damage boost for current build)
- Using Cloak of Flame and focusing on increasing Max Res
- Not using Three Dragons tech with triple herald (too meta?)
- New skill for bossing
- New defense types / life substitutes
- Any Cast On setups that might work
- Changing support gems around
- Using grenades - not a fan for mapping so haven't even tried, if any can help with bosses let me know!
- I have a 2-Hand mace on weapon swap for Hammer of the Gods but my Explosive Shot does more damage than it at the moment
- Replacing current gloves with HoWA is a +16% damage on PoB
- Ingenuity with my current rings would be +10% damage but reduce Fire Max Res by 5%
- I changed nodes on the tree to increase Energy Shield and used Grim Feast, but my Explosive Shot is level 28 so I take damage from Infernalist's Pyromantic Pact every 2 seconds and my Energy Shield was always at 0 since it never had time to recharge and Grim Feast wasn't enough to keep it up.

Very intrigued by the new origins game, although I love fire emblem and zelda so I am looking for advice on the better entry point into the series. If anyone is in a similar boat, should i go with the new better engine, platforms -that run it with less chug- game with characters and story I might (unknown...maybe I will love it) not care about compared to playing a version of the game with characters I already am invested in from nintendo.

2025.01.20 03:52 Appropriate-Rip-1194 Issues with final transcript
Hi I just got provisionally admitted for fall of 2025 at SJSU based off self reported grades. It says there if you retook a class just say the highest grade you got for the class not the previous grade unless it was it was in another district. I just realized the on my self reported grades on cal state apply I didn’t post the previous grade I got I got in one of my classes even though I retook it out if county since I didn’t pass. So I just wrote the new grade I got. So I still reported everything else correctly but forgot to say my previous grade. Will this affect my acceptance to SJSU. What action should I take to make sure I’ll be fine. Thanks for your help
