I recently started therapy again after 2 years, since my anxiety/intrusive thoughts keep getting worse. My previous therapist, who I had a great connection with, told me she believed I had OCD but would not diagnose me with it because I was specifically working with her for the trauma I experienced as a teen. So I've never been diagnosed with OCD but have done a lot of research on my own and believe I have it. So I've restarted therapy, and talked about my concerns about possibly having OCD with this new therapist, who is still in training under her supervisor. I will not go into detail but I shared with her some of my intrusive thoughts, and that I've had these thoughts since I was like 5 years old. I shared how I have these thoughts or images that get stuck in my head in this cycle for hours on end, how they make it hard for me to do things, the stress and fear around having these thoughts and sharing them with anyone, and how gross I feel about it all. She asked if I had any compulsions, and I said I guess idk what counts as a compulsion but when I'm stuck in it, I'll repeat a certain phrase until the thoughts go away or that I'll push on my eyes until the images go away. She said, "well people with OCD typically have compulsions that have to do with counting or praying. You do fit the criteria for the obsession aspect, but not the compulsions, so no you do not have OCD. Sounds more like ptsd. I love working with ptsd" And she said that last part with the biggest smile on her face, it was just really odd. I'm not wanting any specific diagnosis, a therapist knows better than I do, so if I don't have it I don't have it. I guess I'm just wondering if anyone has gone through something similar? Or any suggestions on where to go from here? I just feel like 1 session isn't enough time to go, yup I know exactly what you have and how you think. I realize that this was our first session, but besides the quote I just put in this post, she literally only repeated what I said. Just feeling defeated after starting therapy up again. Any advice or insight is helpful. Thanks for reading.

so im driving a 2005 honda accord EX 2.4L. im planing on upgrade in the factory charge system wires and charge system (the big 3 and a 240 amp HO mechman alt) because i want to move up to a sundown xv3 15 on 2000 rms at 1 ohm on sundowns budget amp. since im doing it myself i wantes to know if there were any useful information or tricks or if there was anything i need to do to complete the upgrade thats not obvious. im gonna have to replace my drive belt which im not really worried about, im really just worried abt getting the right belt, replace the alternator which seems pretty straight forward and im gonna have to replace the 3 main wires in the big 3, is the big 4 or 5 sustantially worth it? or is it just a peice of mins thing, also will i have to do anthing other then just unbolt the alt and unplug that connector and take the boot and power wire off? and then obviously put thr new alt on and recconnect everything but theres nothing special? if that makes sense? any info would be greatly appreciated.

In 6x6, he said all the charges were dropped and who would go against a retired military veteran with PTSD and then he had to escape to save his life? Even if the charges were dropped he still escaped prison which is illegal and he went to back to America trying hide from the police as he says to Tory he’s not that easy to catch so if the charges were dropped, why he is trying to hide from the police? hi everyone ! i''ve (15F) been friends with a guy (lets call him david (16M) for around 2/3 months and we've become pretty close in that time. when we met we clicked almost immediately. david's good friends with the brother of one of my friends, which is how we both met. my friend (mentioned above) often jokes about how david's my boyfriend. i also have other friends who joke about the possibility of the two of us being in a relationship. i see him everyday at school, while also texting him throughout the day (mostly after school). we've also hung out outside of school a few times. when we first started talking, it was the beginning on christmas break and we texted for literally the entire day for the entire week. sometimes we call, which usually lasts for about an hour or more (the most recent time was last night). he's told me a lot about himself, and his life. according to him, i am one of the 2 friends that he has. i actually DMed my friend's brother and asked him if it was normal for David to be as talkative as he was, and he told me that david isn't usually very talkative, and that it's not normal for him to talk to me as much as we do.
i've been getting a bit of an inkling that he might like me because of how much we talk. there's no overt flirting. the only things i can think of as flirting are realistically just me reading too much into jokes about his "rizz". according to my friend's brother, he would never be the one to confess first. he's also really nice to me in general. once, a friend suggested that i ask him for money as a joke. i did, and when he texted me back he asked me how much i needed, followed up by him saying that the answer was probably no, and then asking what the money was for. also, whenever he says something that he thinks has offended me, david immediately apologizes.
okay so, the most important part that's kind of where i'm the most hung up about this whole thing… i wouldn't consider myself attractive. i'm not like,,, ugly i guess. but i'm short and fat and it makes me feel like a bit of a creep for thinking that he likes me. david isn't like… a chad i guess (not that that really matters to me tbh) but he's definitely not unattractive. he's a pretty normal looking guy, i guess, but i find him pretty cute. maybe i'm a bit insecure because of my weight but it's not like he minds? he's made a few fat jokes about me in the past and then immediately apologized for them. he also used to be fat, apparently, before losing weight within the past year (before i met him).
so… how the HELL do i figure out if he's actually into me. confessing is too scary for me to do.
so, it could either be that he likes me, or considers me a close friend….

I am probably not tha best person to take advice from but lets see....
Ok first there's no such thing as "love" in Teenage. What i mean to say is its just simple attraction (more lust) towards the opposite gender. And it happens to everyone. I have seen people getting possessive, insecure, and start to overthink for a person whom they met 3-4 months back and now suddenly its the love of their life. It doesn't work like that brother. Teenage love will be over once ur Teenage is over. U will meet new people after that. Any relationship in these Teenage years is not a serious relationship.
U need to understand that any person who will talk , walk and make a relation with u in ur teenage will do it for a particular reason, not because they suddenly love u.
Same thing with "love at first sight" . If i saw person for the first time and i suddenly fall in love with him/her, i am not in love with that person, but with their body. Its simply lust and attraction in the name of love.
Love doesn't happen like that....idk how it happens but ig it happens over time .
One more thing. "Parents". See in this age ur mind starts to become a rebel. So its natural that u will disagree with ur parents a lot more. Ur parents may be wrong with their decisions. But they will never be wrong with their intentions. Believe me , my worst mistake in my life is that i became distant from my parents... pls never doubt ur parents..
