I hope this is allowed here. If not, someone please point me in a better direction.
My friend died in December. His parents got the autopsy results on Friday and now they’re left with more questions than answers. They had no idea about his drug use and do not have the SLIGHTEST clue about drugs.
It was alleged that he was doing cocaine that was laced with fentanyl. So he was assumed to have been poisoned by fentanyl, but the results say there were no opiates in his system, only cocaine and adderall, and essentially his heart imploded.
My first question is, does an autopsy test for synthetic drugs? To my knowledge, fentanyl and xylazine are synthetic and won’t be detected as an opiate in a standard test. So if they only tested for opiates, that makes sense why it didn’t show up on the autopsy. His parents have no idea what that is so wouldn’t think to ask them to test for it (if that’s even possible?) Can this test (if possible) still happen, like do they keep samples of bodily fluids or would he have to be exhumed?
Did his heart really just implode? Rhetorical but I just can’t accept that. I don’t want to believe he experienced unimaginable pain before laying dead on a floor for hours. At this point I’m just venting, but please let me know your offices practice as it relates to drug testing/what’s tested/if more can be done :(

**to begin I'd like to mention I've kept an extensive record of all (if not most) of my symptoms on a chart and I have attached it to this post. There's a list of active and inactive symptoms with timelines included and there are no photos in the chart, and it is at the bottom of the post (it was more organized before but this subreddit doesn't allow pdfs or charts/pics). There are a couple paragraphs at the beginning of it that explain some backstory of my illness and what I believe it could be.
Please be aware that the explanation of my symptoms are very detailed and I hope they don't come across as TMI.

For some context, I (20F) used to be a very active person, walking 25,000 steps daily, and now I struggle to walk without a cane and find it hard to stand.
In October of 2023, I started having really horrible pain and it seemed almost chronic. Back pain, neck pain, hives, utis, daily migraines, you name it. I was told by doctors and my husband intially that it was the intensity of my job so I quit it and found a new one that was slightly less taxing, just a couple days after my wedding (in March 2024).
However, the pain didn't stop, it only worsened. It's now so bad that I often rely on wheelchairs and mobility aids to get around, do groceries etc, and I have a hard time doing anything independently (eg. showering, cooking) and I can’t work anymore. I've seen over 5+ doctors in the past year and a bit and all my tests are coming back normal, so I did some research and I have a ton of symptoms that point to liver cirrhosis, which is what i believe it is. I know that seems drastic, but I truly believe that's what it is, or if not, that it's something similar, as everyday feels as if it could be my last. However, no doctor I see seems to believe I'm even in pain, let alone want to explore the possibility of a condition or diease.
Does anyone recognize what these symptoms could be and could point me in the right direction of what tests I can look into getting done or any general advice really?
Chart! SYMPTOMS and info
Script: I have an illness and I am looking into getting a diagnosis and care for it, I've been sick for over a year. I have some apps set up at a hospital. I just moved from Canada and they weren't able to help in all the time I lived there. I may not have been communicating my needs clearly, or have been going about it in the right way or scheduling the proper appointments. For some context, I used to be a very active person, walking 25,000 steps daily, and now I struggle to walk without a cane and find it hard to stand. I also have a symptom chart with all of it listed as active or inactive with timelines.
Context: First got sick in Oct 2023, Took time off from work in Nov 2023. Never improved, only worsened. I also have pictures of most things that can be photographed. I’ve had 2 ultrasounds done and a couple blood tests I can provide. My thoughts are that it’s likely CD, liver cirrhosis (show blood testing and creatinine testing), lupus, endo (mention you have mirena IUD due to horrible periods as kid), MS, or something possibly autoimmune in nature. I've been recommended by a NP to have an ANA test done.

Can't stand/walk for 5 mins without cane/wheelchair Oct 2023 was difficult but could manage, worsened to needing assistance in Sept 2024
Frequent urination (disrupts sleep and daily life, often leaks out and I have to wear a pee pad), its itchy sometimes and hurts and I have the urge to go even when nothing comes out, not even a drop), underwear gets stained yellow. Once had yellowish film that caked off my area, and yellow discharge, hurt when peed but unlike a uti. In past a couple times, Tummy cramping in lower area like I need to pee, but not for a couple months. Brown discharge from urethra, impossible to be STD as partner and I have only been with each other, he is also fine. Since April 2024, worsened to disrupting work and sleep on July 5th 2024, worsened to needing pee pads/being uncontrollable in Nov 2024

Pretty confident I can get full fletched workout plan out of this. So im here for suggestions. Anybody here can suggest a preferably 4 day split fullbody or anything else im open. They share food, water, and litter, despite having their own places for each in separate areas, constantly play, groom, and sleep with each-other, and will sit by or paw under the door when one is locked in another room (though it’s mostly mine that does the last one), share favorite places instead of having their own only-this-cat-goes-here spots, among other affectionate stuff, so im getting worried… advice/info appreciated.
