2025.01.20 08:20 No_simpleanswer Couples working in the same team : the wife is amazing, the husband not so much.

have a couple on my team who are subordinates. The wife is amazing—proactive, detail-oriented, a team player, and very cooperative. She’s an excellent employee. The husband, however, is quite the opposite.
My issue is that The wife is only working with the company because her husband is here as well, and the husband is dragging the team down. And If I take any action against him, I fear there could be repercussions for the wife. I know for a fact that if I fire the husband, the wife will either quit or lose all motivation to do her work.
If I take any disciplinary action toward the husband, I’m certain he will influence her not to perform well (he would waste time and tell her not to work, and she would listen because she likes spending time with her husband) —this has happened before.
In short, do you think I should just fire him and get it over with?
The reason I’ve kept both of them so far is that their salaries are relatively low due to their limited experience, and hiring replacements would be an extra cost that I’m not sure we can currently afford.
Hope to have your feedback!

2025.01.20 08:20 FelixFroberius HLG3 footage looks much darker on pc

HLG3 footage looks much darker on pc Can someone explain why my HLG3 footage looks that much darker on my pc or my phone?
I had to do a shoot in a “dark” gym and used HLG3 very last minute bcs of people saying it would be much better than slog, and I thought it came out fine when looking on my lcd, but when I put the files on my pc, the colors looked all green and dark.
Can anyone explain or give a fix for this?
Thank you in advance!

2025.01.20 08:20 A7ron So this nominee thing

This is my first year of HUT, I've looked back to the best of my ability on this sub, trying to figure out how this works but I would appreciate some input or predictions. 4649
It seems like the nominee cards were fundamentally just base cards 5 years ago with more synergies?
I'm asking because I'm not going to be interested in any of the winners at forward (for the NHL contingent, anyway), and was hoping this meant a Kaprizov upgrade as a nominee, but I don't want to get my hopes up too high. Are they merely going to be discount fodder for the legit TOTY team, or will they have residual value IYO?

2025.01.20 08:20 ArugulaThis684 Wich gyro and why (easy upgrade)

Wich gyro and why (easy upgrade) So i've been building and drifting a few chassis from this dumborc x6dc g receiver that I had to trick a bit to make it drift.
It was tuning out pretty nicely on my first chassis, but as i'm upgrading the steering geometry and alignement, I start to see it's limits and might end up buying a dedicated gyro.
I've been browsing the web to find opinions on the different options out there, but i dont have much experience in electronics.
What would you suggest?
What kind of gyro do you drift, are you frustrated or happy with it?
What would be a nice upgrade to this dumborc in your opinion?
PS: I dont mind about going into competitive rc, not only i am driving a Lego chassis, but i dont even have a rc drift track arround while living near one of the biggest capital in Europe.
PPS: as the dumborc is also a receiver, would you have any nice receiver and transmiter recommandations?
