Today, I’m having thoughts about death because of my anxiety. I don’t want to do it, and I don’t plan to, but not feeling all of this would be such a relief.
It’s such a burden... Even when I find hobbies or activities I enjoy, the anxiety is still there.
I don’t act like myself.
I struggle to interact properly with others.
I can’t flirt or form connections.
I can’t picture myself in a new job because of my low self-esteem.
I’m emotionally unstable, and I hurt myself both physically and mentally.
I create distance between myself and the people I care about, as well as those who care about me.
It’s a constant roller coaster, and fighting for a little bit of positivity feels exhausting when the suffering comes back even stronger. In any case, reading people's posts makes us feel less alone.

I recently saw a video of a C4 quadriplegic, legs completely paralyzed, doing her first ever unassisted transfer. It got me thinking, I’ve seen tons of videos of people who have either had both legs amputated or were born with a birth defect resulting in no legs or extremely short legs. They all seem to have so much mobility because they don’t have the weight and obstruction of their legs. Why don’t people who have completely paralyzed legs (or I suppose for that matter, arms) amputate them to increase mobility? Are there health reasons? Is it because amputating would be too final? Or just because mentally they will recover faster if they keep their legs even if they can’t use them?

Found 3 guns and a crossbow, found a lead pipe, lots of ammo, barbed wire, metal wire, compass and all, but NO KNIFE not even small stones even though I wen't alongside dirt trails and roads as well as traintracks. No Screwdrivers or axes either. No pipewrench to get small stones from a rock, nothing. Am I doing something wrong? Please help.

Maps isnt updated.
- new exits on Al Khail (its been over a month)
- changes on Umm suqueim (more than 2 months I guess)
- Recently went to Al Furjan, maps drove me around for 15 mins till I resorted to the maps on my phone
Is there any way to manually update maps? I would assume it would be Over the Air but Im surprised its taking this long. Havent been on Hessa with navigation on but I'm pretty sure the new exit is not updated.
