Context- We are pretty involved with our domestic help's welfare, she's been with us for over 10 years now, and before that her mother used to work at our house. Anyway, my maid's daughter is pretty young (barely 18-19) and is pregnant. Me and my family could not could not talk her mother out of marrying her daughter off at such a young age, but still want to try to help her with this in any way possible. This is her last month, and although she is now of optimal weight for delivery (just on the border) she is still pretty underweight in general and there is a high chance that the delivery will be a very difficult one.
So basically, what schemes can she register herself for from which she will actually receive benefits? I do know about a few schemes, but don't know if actual assistance/financial benefit is received.

how do i find an old (duplicate) title for a car ?
Thirteen years ago, I purchased a car in New York City from an Audi dealership in Manhattan.
Since then, I’ve moved to California and am being asked to provide the original title or a duplicate (copy) of that title to sell the car as part of a trade-in.
I currently hold a California driver’s license, not a New York license.
At the time of the purchase, I had a New York State driver’s license. The car was bought without financing or a lease.
I’ve searched extensively but haven’t been able to find the original title of the car. I have the bill of sale, but not the title.
The dealership in California that wants to purchase my car is advising me to contact the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and request a duplicate title. Do you have any suggestions? I’m skeptical that the DMV will still have records of this title or provide me with access to this document since I no longer have a New York license.
Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t get pimples, not even as a teenager, neither did your dad actually…..” I’ve been picking at my face. It’s a coping strategies I will carry into adulthood. “You look so much better with long hair” “Did you mean for them to it like cut a mullet?” “Look how beautiful your sisters hair is” “Your sister is so thin/fit/skinny right now” “Your sister’s build is so much like mine when I was younger.” “I’m so proud of your sister for…” “Why are you being competitive with your sister? I was just trying to say something nice about her. I say nice stuff about you all the time” “Your build just looks so good when you’re like a size 6.” “You should get your *revenge body* back” She says she tries not to comment on people’s bodies because “my mom ruined my relationship with food by forcing me to diet as a child” she tells me and others, constantly. “You ate that!? That was for *a specific dinner*” I’m middle elementary age, making my own lunch. I’m too scared to interrupt her on the computer because she will yell and curse. Would I end up having to comfort her? Almost certainly.
Never space to feel shit. Guilt trips. Hard flicking and Fat lips. Back of hair brush hits. Mommy’s little therapist.
I’m trapped between my dresser and the ladder in my room. She’s screaming in my face and crying. I’m shaking. I can’t breathe. I need to get away. “Please stop, I’m sorry” “You’re broken” “Please stop, I’m so sorry” “What the fuck is wrong with you!? What did I do wrong that you ended up like this?” “Mom, if you don’t move I’m going to push past you. I need space” “What the fuck did you say to me!? You’re going to push me?” She’s in my face now. My hands raised in defense I take a step forward. She shoves me so hard my head bounces backwards off the mirror behind me. I can’t see anything as I fall to the ground. I’m sobbing. I don’t say a word but I can hear over the rushing in my ears her voice 1000 miles away. “You’re abusive” “You’re broken” She’s gone. I’m finally alone. I’m in trouble. She doesn’t know what to do when me so she sends me to my grandmas house. I don’t want to talk about why I’m there. Years later she acknowledges that as a moment of bad parenting and losing her temper. I play it off like it didn’t matter to me, I don’t want to ruin this moment as another may never come.
Embarrassing stories told in repeat at my expense, for the sake of her audience. Burdensome and disobedience. Gifts and favors given for future compliance.
When she thought I’d lost my virginity, after years of over exposure to sex in unwanted conversations, she gives me the silent treatment. She calls her best friend. I can hear her crying. She’s on the phone for two hours. When we finally talk about it, I embarrassed her by coming out of my room in front of other people with “sex hair”. It’s confusing for me that this is an issue given the “sex positive” household I’ve grown up in. I know from my mother about her experiences pegging my father. I know she prefers to orgasm with outer course. Because of my upbringing I develop this defense mechanism when my boundaries are being pushed past in which I overshare (drop bombs) to force conversation shut down with shock factor.
Calling my dad after she’s lost her temper with me and telling him what I had done, what I had done to her. She’s always crying and using her fake voice. Me yelling over and over “no, that’s not what happened” “But mom you did this thing, tell him you did that!” When we get into a fight it’s our job to apologize and take accountability/responsibility for our part in the fight. This is everyone’s job except hers. Apologies are met with cold disregard and a momentary break in the silent treatment to let me know she heard what I said.
“Your sister is so good at taking care of people”, “your sister is such a good person”, “your sister is so compassionate”. Because I took care of her, attempting to give her a childhood, and not one infested with trauma. Sometimes she would scream, I would scream, we’re both children. But I shouldn’t have. Because I’m older. I should have been able to handle my wiley little sister better. And bloody marks down my arm when it was bed time didn’t matter. Neither did spit in my face. Not until the time I said if she did it one more time, I’d do it back. This is what’s remembered.
I want to break up with her, my mother. But my father is me. “You’re like your dad’s biggest fan” I can’t tell, is that pride or jealousy? See we’ve been in this together.. Emotionally caring for her and the only people who tell my mom when she’s acting inappropriately. Confiding, tone almost lovingly, all the childish things she does and says. We’ve always been a team and I can’t really leave him alone with in this mess.
Now I work with the most “difficult” and “hard to love” kids. To try to help them remember that childhood should occasionally feel like bliss. I’m calm and compassionate through their hits, bites, attempted stabs, and kicks.. because they could never be as hurtful as my mother is

 | So i've been building and drifting a few chassis from this dumborc x6dc g receiver that I had to trick a bit to make it drift. It was tuning out pretty nicely on my first chassis, but as i'm upgrading the steering geometry and alignement, I start to see it's limits and might end up buying a dedicated gyro. I've been browsing the web to find opinions on the different options out there, but i dont have much experience in electronics. What would you suggest? What kind of gyro do you drift, are you frustrated or happy with it? What would be a nice upgrade to this dumborc in your opinion? PS: I dont mind about going into competitive rc, not only i am driving a Lego chassis, but i dont even have a rc drift track arround while living near one of the biggest capital in Europe. Hey guys, new to the group and just wanting some advice from people that may have experienced something similar…
I’ve always been a fit, healthy, fairly flexible person but severely injured my tailbone 2 years ago while having my son. Any sort of abdominal stretching or workout will pull on my tailbone and leave me in severe pain for days. This has lead to me having a weak core and lower back pain issues. I really want to build strength in my core but even things like very basic postpartum physio exercises ruin me. Has anyone experienced anything similar or does anyone have any suggestions for what I can do?
