2025.01.20 08:19 Mobile-Engine-1424 Am I being Micromanaged?
For a bit more insight, I’ve worked at my job longer than my current manager, and he rarely does the tasks that I do. Most things I make, I’ve never seen him do.
Lately I’ve noticed him pointing out small things more often, and butting in to give me advice that I already know before I even get to that task. Even at some point last week, he lied and criticised me for something that I made and said it looked wrong, even though I know he didn’t assess it because his shift was over before I finished, and there were no issues with the final product.
Anyway, now I’m being accused of not following instructions and making too many mistakes, while he literally admitted that the equipment I have is janky and some of the written instructions are incomplete and/or inaccurate. But he basically told me I just have to figure it out regardless.
And what makes it even more frustrating, is that he makes way more mistakes than I do. And a couple times before, I’ve been criticised, and then once he actually looked into it, he ran into the same problem and realised I was given the wrong information.
I’m a bit confused. I’m not a professional, my job is just to follow instructions and execute that. But how am I supposed to follow them, when they’re admittedly inaccurate, incomplete, and the equipment required doesn’t work properly? And if he knows these are issues, why is he making it my problem instead of fixing them himself or talking to HR about fixing our equipment?
But anyway, I’ve found a couple other employment options, and I’m heavily considering applying. But I’m interested to see if anyone thinks I’m just overreacting, or if it sounds like a management problem.

I'm so happy that I finally got a job!!!
It feels unbelievable because 3 years ago I attempted suicide. A month ago I was feeling depressed and doubting my ability to get a job. I thought I wasn't cut out for life. I believed I didn't have enough value to get a job.
Today is the day where I've proven myself wrong and I couldn't be happier. I'm so excited to be alive. I'm looking forward to seeing how my life will unfold in the coming years.

this is gonna be a long story this story is about two guys i don’t wanna say to much cause idk if one has reddit or both but if you think you could help me out feel free to dm. so i met this guy in the beginning on my sophomore year, that started last year. i really liked him but as time went on i learned more about him and he’s not really the guy i thought, well kinda. his ex is his best friend, mind you he is the same grade as me. he is a quiet guy, chill, has a few friends from what i’ve seen, a typical guy. he’s smart which i liked. when we started talking it was clear that he only wanted to get physical with me, we were on and off for months he would ghost randomly and hit me up randomly. mind you we go to the same school and have a class together he never tries to talk to me ever. doesn’t even make a effort. but he always tries to secretly hold my hand and touch me not in a crazy way tho. he sends me like these reels on ig and their all sexual. i don’t think anyone really knows he talks to me and if they do, they don’t like me very much. i know he doesn’t like me or could give one fuck, but he made it seem as so. everytime he came back i took him. anyways now we have guy #2 i met him in december he was fresh out of a relationship, i knew he had eyeing me for months even when he was with her, a few days after their break up he followed me on ig, we started talking from there and caught feelings we got so close even on the first few hours it was crazy, we had so much in common so many similarities. this guy was different, he wasn’t afraid to show me in public vs any other guy i talked to in that school wanted to keep things private. we went to the mall together, arcade, we had talks texted all night, made plans, flirted, opened up, he even met my mom all within 3 weeks. but then. he texted me the night before we went back to school after new years and said he didn’t wanna talk anymore, he said it was cause he wanted to work on himself, now guys i’ve talked to so many guys in my life, enough to know that this was a lie, i talked to my ex that i dated for 2 years abt it and he says the same thing, it was a lie. i cried and cried and begged. something was wrong it wasn’t right and he wouldn’t be honest with me. i was so hurt and still am a little. that whole week i spent crying and trying to get anwsers, you don’t understand everything was perfect he’s such a good guy. mind you he’s a senior but that was never a problem we had plans outside of school we talked about our future, everything. thru out the next few weeks i reached out a couple times he didn’t want to get back together or start talking again. eventually i let it go but i put a song that we both liked in my bio, a go check his page and he matched it AND posted it. i texted him earlier and made conversation. guys please tell me what i can do, is this a sign there’s no way it isn’t.
If you confused about something please comment ill clear it up i genuinely want true advice
I know most people are gonna say im young and i need to let it go but, i know him, the real him and i know maybe there’s hope i need to see from others preceptive

Hola chicos espero y me puedan ayudar, resulta que yo tengo una mother Asrock b550 extreme4 tengo dos módulos de ram ddr4 a 3600mh 8gb (16gb) los tengo colocados en el 2 y 4 slot de la mother, resulta que cuando los cambio para el primer o el 3er slot la mother me da el error 0b que tiene que ver con un problema de la ram pero en los slot 2 y 4 funcionan de maravilla, cualquier posible solución lo agardeceria..

We are deciding between Reid and James (nickname Jamie). James is a family name (maternal great grandfather), which would match Lee (maternal great grandmother), but we also just really like the name Reid - feels classic, it’s a well known name but not too popular - the same reasons we liked Lee!
Biggest concern is that Lee and Reid sound similar, and we’re worried that getting the kids’ attention will get confusing!
