2025.01.20 09:01 Bholenaught As a director, would youy be interested in creating shows in vertical format for a YouTube-like platform that pays you?
I have an app that my brother and I are working on. The whole thing started with me being a failed actor and now trying to create content while working full-time.
Creating shows/short films with mobile is pretty convenient and cheap, and with people using reels and shorts more often, it may work, but that's just me.
There are apps that provide shows in vertical format, but they work on Netflix-like model, while I want to create a YT/IG-like model.
Please share your thoughts on this.

So in the first Sonic movie he's basically treated like an alien moreso than people are reacting like they've seen a talking animal. In Sonic Frontiers the Chaos Emeralds are actually from outer space all along. In Sonic Riders the final boss is a Babylonian guardian who Jet says is an "ancestor" and he kinda looks like Jet (a bird) and his boss stage shifts between being an ancient place and a sci-fi realm.
It kinda makes me wonder if Sonic Team has some unrevealed backstory where ultimately Sonic is actually an alien. It kinda fits with the DBZ-vibes of the franchise as well, where in Dragon Ball, Goku is just some ultra-special kid for the first years of the fiction, but then when it enters the "Z" part of Dragon Ball it's revealed that Goku is actually from a race of aliens and there are more of his kind and all of them have special powers.
I don't think modern-era Sonic adheres much to any Yuji Naka-era rules but still. Sometimes it feels like they're hinting at alien origins.

Iâm struggling with packing light for work trips.
Itâs usually around 3 nights and sometimes involves events or conferences.
I am an over-packer who likes to take different outfit for each day and usually a spare pair of jeans, active wear, hair straightener, different colour blazers etc. Not to mention my laptop and headphones.
The problem is everyone else travels with carry on and I look silly if I take a huge suitcase and get held up at the airport.

I may not be in the right place, but was directed here from modsupport.
I have had several reports of users who have had content removed by myself or my mods say the link to the post that was removed is broken. It works fine for me on iOS and Mac, maybe because Iâm a mod, not sure. Theoretically, because they are the offfending OP, they should be able to access the comment even though itâs been removed⊠right?
