Red Cat Holdings $RCAT ($8.47) is a Special "Short Squeeze" Situation that has had a negative effect on three other stocks--Unusual Machines $UMAC, Palladyne $PDYN, Ocean Power Technologies $OPTT--which declined from 7%-15% on Friday too.
A seriously inaccurate "report" was issued by a hedge fund that is short RCAT that resulted in a selloff from $11 down to $8.50. In the write up from the declared shorter was riddled with inaccuracies and sloppy "research". The CEO name was wrong. The numbers cited for the US Army drone contract were wrong. The insider sales were wrong. The assumptions for changes in management were wrong. But the bottom line for the shorters is that it has been profitable for them...so far.
RCAT has not directly responded to the short attack yet (probably a wise decision not to highlight misinformation) but the CEO did post on Stock Twits: "Over the next two weeks, Red Cat will be providing updates to investors through various channels, including: · Scheduled interviews and podcasts · Investor conferences · Contract updates · Announcement of a new Investor Day date in NYC Additionally, Red Cat will address the recent misinformation that has been published." https://stocktwits.com/Duckworks/message/600604765
Probably a good sign that the company is not trying to avoid questions and scrutiny. And with these updates, there will be most likely more clarity on the collaborations and partnerships with UMAC, OPTT and PDYN.

In a fandom like Harry Potter, which has millions of fans and is around for more than 15 years on the internet, I am sure what I am going to say has been said before but I didn't really find one making the points I wanted to make. Some of the people who critise her, seem to be almost hating on a fictional girl by making up headcanons that she love potioned Harry or something while her defenders always resort to saying that any criticism towards her stems from her movie alternative while Book Ginny was just awesome.
So here's the post saying: while yes Book Ginny was a much better character than Movie Ginny, she wasn't a badass, she wasn't a feminist icon, she was just another female character ruined for the sake of a guy.
The character of Ginny definitely had a lot of potential in Book 5. In this book she featured enough for us to notice herand she also seemed to have come into her own, she was not so meek anymore, and she was some hint alluded of the trauma she might have faced in her first year. Overall good progression from book 2
Cut to book 6, completely forgetting everything about book 5 Ginny, we have got the epitome of Gillian Flynn's cool girl. This girl is tailor made for our guy. She is not into frivolous things like other girls, she plays and enjoys our guy's favourite sport( even though she showed no interest in it prior to this). She doesn't cry about her trauma... like a certain someone, she also berates her female friend ( the one who helped her with her confidence) to defend the WRONG and almost criminal actions of our dearest hero. You would think she has moved on because she is dating other guys but no... she is just waiting for our guy to make the first move and she is just ready to jump into his arms. And all the while don't forget she is HOT. This is very important because if our girl is not conventionally attractive and desired by everyone, is she even worth making our hero's girl? And don't worry about all her masculine traits too much, because even though she is not like other girls, she will quit her successful career at the age of 21 to become a mother to our hero's kids so he can fulfill his dream of having a big, happy family.
Now this is not me saying that above choices cannot be made by a woman for herself but we are not given enough substance about her to know whether she actually wanted to do these things or not.
P.S. I know Ginny is not frequent enough character to have much more time to explore her character but still this is in response to people dismissing all valid and I repeat only valid criticism of the character by saying, " You haven't read the books, Book Ginny is awesome." No she isn't, while she is still miles better than Movie Ginny you know who is actually awesome? Fanfic Ginny

Hi, I am a big fan of video games and love playing games on my PC I bought. The just announced the RTX 50 Series Graphics cards, and i want to upgrade to the 5070 when they release, from the 3060 ti dual mini I own, since it will run better than what I have now, but won't cost an entire PC more, as if I was to buy a 40 series
Unfortunately, I'm not very tech savvy, and the PC I bought was pre built, and would rather not open and touch the parts in case I break them. I want to do a big upgrade, and have decided on the 5070 (when they release).
I'm here asking the experts in the community, if they could compile a list of the required pc parts, so that the 5070 doesn't 'outperform' the other parts. I'm not familiar with the term for that, Sorry.

2025.01.20 10:21 ScorpioFe went from Prozac back to Effexor
so I was constantly noticing no matter what dosage I was on, Prozac made me feel no emotions
I just now switched back to Effexor, and it’s like everything that feels normal came flooding back. When I had first quit Effexor, I was very emotional but going through extreme trauma and honestly if you’re trying to numb your emotions or really just not feel anything, Prozac can be the way to go.
I don’t think I should’ve switched to begin with, but the only thing I absolutely just can’t stand is withdrawing from Effexor. I don’t have any other issues with it, and if I’m on the low dosage I’m on now I don’t get withdrawals. I had them horribly at 150mg
Besides obviously taking my meds on time, is there any way to prevent that? I switched pharmacies so I’d no longer get my Effexor days later than I’m suppose to, so that’s no longer a worry.
