Vazno mi je i da ima titl (engleski, srpski), pa ako bredditovci mogu da pomognu :)

I am a transgender woman who lives in Canada. This is life saving care for me.
I thought I could maybe go somewhere with twilight sedation for electrolysis because I am very sensitive to pain that I couldn't even get waxing done once on my face without tapping out, but found out that despite how it's advertised, it still needs many sessions, and I live in Canada, so I'd have to travel to the US for that to be done, meaning getting multiple consistent sessions of it done just isn't in the cards. It seems like there is literally no way to have this done without pain that I just can't handle in the first place and I'm breaking down. I need this done to not wanna die but getting it done is too much for me to even handle.
How many sessions would it take to remove all of my facial hair? I actively shave, have fair skin and dark and decently thick brown facial hair that is still very visible even after a fresh shave. Laser sounds way too painful as well which is why I turned to electro so I can get twilight sedation and what I've heard would be MUCH better results.

Hello! I was currently working with a artist in preparation for a session months in advance. I showed him designs and was very specific about details I wanted included. Originally this tattoo was to cover a smaller fine line tattoo I had and decided to cover with a snake and turn into a bookish sleeve, however when I arrived for the first session the design was not complete and he has been working in peices and has not shown me a fully drawn up design where all the pieces are complete and merged, the artist also doesn't specialize in color and said he would not do color unless necessary so after completely shading in the snake and even adding black out spots on the back of the snake he now thinks we should do color .-. I'm not very lost on the concept as it's leaving gaps and again I haven't even gotten to see a fully drawn concept like the one I sketched and showed him fully done. It's been a big game of trust the process and when I've showed ornamental patterns I would've liked included I was told that the artist did not like those designs and wanted to something else, I've also spent two full sessions on this piece roughly 1.5K for only a snake and band of books to cover the forearm that's not even complete. I'm also a fairly petite person and I've seen this artist complete full sleeves in two day sessions for others. At this point I'm feeling some type of way and am wanting to switch artist and find a Neotraditional artist to add color but don't know if that's possible with darker inks or if I'd need to lighten it with laser removal it's not terribly dark but the black out portions make me worry however I could see how we could tie those portions into the snakes pattern with color. Idk am I tripping or is it possible?

As the adventure pass is coming to an end, I am about to go to my last weekly expedition today. I just checked my adventure pass progress and I am at 8 events, although I went to 10 events. With todays expedition I would have unlocked the Gold badge, but two of my events are with status "pre-registered", the others are with "Validated".
How can I get that corrected? Is that something that I have to contact the LGS that hosted the events? Is it too late?

Acting manager here. I have about 2 months left of a 9 month contract. Our offices recently got refurbished over the Christmas New year break. One of my staff had WHS needs including a sit stand desk and to be placed near natural light and facing a window.
The refurbish includes sit stand desks. Great. The refurbish manager got the desk location approved. Great.
A few steps a long the way the floor plans are sent out and each time the desk is not where it is meant to be. I confirm each time to the refurbish manager. All is confirmed ok.
We get the go ahead that we can move in this week. Final plan is sent. The desk is not where it is meant to be. I follow it up with my manager...Apparently our director (his manager) said the desk would not move and that the light was adequate and I wasn't told or consulted. They just did it and now it's done and what....I have to tell my staff member to deal with it when they spent MONTHS off of work due to issues and these were the recommendations from WHS.... I'm pissed off.
I'm going to continue advocating for my staff member and get the WHS report to assist in persuading them they should move the desk. But dang.... Every part of this acting position has been SO MUCH HARDER than it should be. Have I missed something?
