Posting a lot in this thread but here I am AGAIN lol, anyways. I’m thinking about getting professional help for my ed and my mental health in general and my youth worker suggested making an appointment with my go but I just don’t know what I would say or what to expect. I’m 18 now so I’m not under cahms anymore and I just feel stuck in my recovery and want to at least talk to a professional about my feelings and food issues but don’t know how to go about it. Nobody knows about my ed, except my bf and he doesn’t understand at all I don’t think. He’s the only person I can talk to about my struggles and it’s a bit frustrating him trying but just not understanding so I just want someone to talk to I guess. I just want to know how to bring it up and what to expect please I’m very anxious. Advice pls? Xx

So my instructor and I went for a flight for my LOFT IFR. I ran late that day. And as they all say, things lined up on the Swiss cheese. I was tired, didn't go over my flight plan properly, kept disengaging the autopilot on my route and wasted fuel and we ended up flying back with the fuel light on and when we landed, the fuel tanks where empty, if it was a go around on landing i probably wouldnt be here, I'm grateful we didn't die as it was also a mountain area. How do I get past this because I lack concentration with flying and I miss out on the important things when flying.

Excavations seems to me to be just a huge waste of effort and resources for very meagre bonuses (-10 hostility for each Ancient tables does basically nothing, and so on). And if you have enough resources for them, then you can likely win the game without any excavations at that point.
Do you find it useful in any way?

I have HS in my armpits. I did a 3 month stinks of 50 MG doxy and was washing with benzoyl peroxide each day. I've since stopped the peroxide wash a few days ago but I'm still itchy. Mostly in the mornings. Anyone have experience with this? Could it just be dry skin from using the benzoyl....will the itching go away soon?

Greasy or mucus stool? Not sure what is going on with my stool. Idk if it’s mucus or oil. I’m confused whether I have IBS or a malabsorption issue.
My stools always have a greasy looking sheen on the top of the water. It’s neutral coloured and can be only seen when light is shining on the water.
I’ve had a number of tests and all have been normal. Anyone else experiencing anything similar? The last photo you can see the consistency i usually have, which looks more mucus heavy than oily? I’m not even sure anymore.
I’ve found a multitude of people online with the same film but they’re either undiagnosed or are no longer active and never updated.
