Hi good folks of IndiaCoffee, Im currently on a V60 setup, and looking to upgrade to an espresso machine. Need your opinion on selecting between the Lelit Anna and the Gaggia Classic Pro.
1) The built-in PID in the Lelit Anna is the main reason I'm considering this vs the GCP. How important/integral is a PID assuming I don't want to mod the GCP as of yet.
2) What are your thoughts on the Lelit Anna model with a built-in-grinder. How much of a step-up in quality would a stand-alone grinder be and what are some alternatives that are cheaper than the DF64 Gen 2?
3) Would the 57mm portafilter of the Lelit Anna be an issue? I haven't checked for availability of portafilte baskets in this size.
4) Of the Indian importers (Somethign Brewing, Kaapi solutions, Caramelly) what has your experience been with servicing and support?

I don't know how to say this, but social media, specifically Reddit, is really toxic and depressing. I've been using this platform for 3-4 years, and during the lockdown, it was overwhelmingly toxic. People would even mock your emoji choices. I deleted my account back then, and now I'm only on Reddit again to gather information about CUET and DU. I thought things might have changed, but unfortunately, they haven't. I posted an advertisement on the Delhi marketplace to sell my phone, following a friend's advice. Now, people are wasting their time commenting and spreading negativity. It's easy to type hurtful things behind a screen, but these individuals lack the courage to say them in person. Why can't they simply ignore my post if they're not interested? I would've confronted them if they'd said these things to my face, but now I'm just frustrated and unsure how to deal with these toxic users.
