I got sick and went to a medical clinic. Doctor prescribed me medicines and 1 test. I asked for sick leave certificate and they confirmed after taking payment. I went home then without taking test and got call from clinic that I have to take test otherwise sick leave certificate will not be issued. This is first time happening to me as it is patient's discretion to refuse treatment at any time. But here, treatment is being enforced.

Can I change the main toggle button on the SPX with the old lightening bolt one? Its a shame they removed it from the design... even if I could dismantle the button and only use the face part?

I'm looking for ideas, please.
I want to start making some money from my sewing, and to minimise risk I want to start by using the fabric stash that I've got already.
I have acres of lightweight, drapey velvet. Mostly with a one or two way stretch, rich colours like purples and reds.
What can I make with this that would sell? I can do dressmaking, toys (although I know there are safety regs to abide by), homeware, and I'm happy to do more 'adult' stuff. I'm in the UK if that helps.
Any ideas? Many thanks.

Since literally no boosters are available in any shop in France at the moment because of scalpers, I decided to complete the only available set: the McDonald's 2024 set.
It's a cute set comprised of 15 cards. In each Happy Meal, there is a 4-cards booster. Each card appears to have the exact same rarity.
So, I've been eating a lot of Happy Meals over the last few days, and I finally got them all! I got there with 20 Happy Meal, for a total of 80 cards.
It's honestly a lovely small set! 🤗

Ciao a tutti sono un ragazzo di 30 anni, avrei bisogno di raccontare questa storia perché sto morendo dentro... qualche mese fa in un viaggio organizzato ho conosciuto questa ragazza della mia età. Durante il viaggio siamo entrati in sintonia, ci siamo baciati e ho cominciato a provare qualcosa per lei. Finito il viaggio, in aeroporto mi dice che lei non riuscirebbe a sostenere una relazione a distanza (siamo a circa 3 ore) ma nonostante ciò gli scrivo e per circa 3 mesi la andavo a trovare ogni 2-3 settimane, dormivamo insieme, andavamo al cinema, abbiamo anche prenotato dei biglietti per un concerto a giugno... eravamo proprio un coppia di fidanzati e il mio sentimento cresceva.
Poi un bel giorno si è stranita di punto in bianco dicendo che aveva bisogno di tempo per un esame universitario e riflettere sulla sua vita (incluso il nostro rapporto)... Vengo travolto da un senso di disagio e ansia. 2 giorni fa arriva il fatidico messaggio... "Non voglio farti soffrire perché non te lo meriti ma non provo per te ciò che tu provi per me e ti avevo detto che non riuscivo a sostenere la distanza". Mi cade il mondo addosso.
Cerco di proteggermi con la logica visto che la distanza e i nostri lavori ci avrebbero impedito di stare assieme e che in passato sono stato anche peggio... Ma non ci riesco... Mi fa male tutto e mi scoppia la testa. Grazie per avermi ascoltato.
