Bom dia, caso alguém more na região e tenha interesse, estou mestrando uma mesa de tormenta q pretendo q vá até o nível 15. No momento tenho uma vaga na mesa, o grupo tem 4 jogadores atualmente e a ideia era ter 5. O grupo só completou a primeira aventura e está nível 2, começamos a pouco tempo, a campanha não terá aventuras longas, no máximo duas seções por aventura, sendo possível terminar algumas em uma única sessão. Idealmente nos encontraríamos uma ou duas vezes por mês para jogar nos finais de semana, em um horário q for melhor para a maioria (provavelmente depois do almoço). Estamos jogando na "Geek verse" uma cafeteira aqui de Jundiaí, onde além de diversos jogos de tabuleiro, cartas, karaoke, entre outros, podemos reservar uma sala para jogar RPG. O dia exato do final de semana varia dependendo da disponibilidade de todos, eu por exemplo trabalho dia sim, dia não, o próximo dia (q ainda não combinamos o horário) q pretendemos jogar é domingo dia 26.

The Emperor is a manipulative bitch. We know this. When the player or Lae’zel attempts to use the Zaith’isk, it’s overloaded by the Netherese enchantment, the Prism, or the Emperor (it’s unclear which) and nothing actually happens.
If it was the Emperor who overloaded the Zaith’isk, there is little reason to believe that it was because it wouldn’t work. The Emperor is constantly discouraging the player from seeking out ways of removing the tadpole, and I argue that the reason why is because if the player character doesn’t have a tadpole, the Emperor has no leverage over them. Even if they are committed to defeating the Elder Brain, they’re doing so of their own will, and not of the Emperor’s.
Finally, if the Zaith’isk was just a murder machine for feeding souls to Vlaakith, wouldn’t it be easier and just as effective to just shoot Lae’zel with a fireball? Why bring her into the crèche, make her sit unattended in the most suspicious chair imaginable, and let her bring along her istik pals to an active crèche that is currently hatching an egg?

M39 Caucasian Non smoker 165lbs 6 feet I have bad breath that I can't get rid of.
I have done many tests including: helicobacter pylori, breath test, complete abdominal ultrasound, various blood tests and igE. I initially went to an ENT who told me to go to a gastroenterologist, so I went to the best gastroenterologist in my city. He prescribed me PPIs and told me that the tests do not show anything to worry about.
Today I still have a bad breath with a white patchy tongue in the morning with a constant strange taste in my mouth.
The only perception I have of my breath is when I touch my right tonsil, it has an unpleasant odor.
I don't know what to do, the professionals I went to didn't solve my problem.
Should I go to another ENT?
Should I try to have a tonsilectomy?
