Hi haha, ngayon ko lang nalaman itong app na 'to. Gusto ko mag rant.
Ang sakit talaga ng pag-ibig 'no? Sobrang sakit. Simula noong nag-usap kami, pinigilan ko ang sarili ko na maattach sa kaniya, pero trinaydor ako ng puso ko. Alam ko namang casual lang lahat para sa kaniya, alam kong minsan ay nakikita niya pa rin ex niya sa'kin, pero itong si tanga, nahulog pa rin. Ang sakit lang isipin na nakita mo na sana yung gusto mo, pasok sa standards mo, yung gusto mong makasama habang buhay, pero iba pala gusto niyang makasama. Tuwing nag-uusap kami, pinipigilan ko talaga mood ko, ayokong masira, wala naman akong karapatan HAHA.
Sakit kasi, wala akong kalaban-laban, napaisip nalang ako ng "bakit ngayon pa ako dumating sa buhay niya?"
Pinigilan ko naman sarili ko, pero wala talaga, babae lang ako na gusto makaranas ng totoong pagmamahal. I'm trying my best na makalimutan niya ang babaeng 'yon, pero wala talaga. Yung mga gusto kong gawin sa kaniya, gusto niya ring gawin sa babaeng 'yon. Nag plano na pala sila sa future nila eh, sakit talaga. Ewan, ang sakit pero walang misking isang luha na tumulo sa mata ko, wala.

2025.01.20 13:51 HeathenHacks About to file my ITR for 2024, and I noticed that my calculation for the 1st quarter was wrong when I submitted it back then (1701Q). I don't think I would be fined, because it was over than my actual earnings that quarter, but now, I have to pay more income tax because of it.
Any tips on what to do before I submit my 1701A?
I mean, I can just forget about it and move on, but that's still 2k+. I can use that to pay my internet bill.

Here's the situation...,
1) My son has met the qualifying mark for one event in all three big indoor national meets, Nike, New Balance, and Adidas.
2) He has met the qualifying mark in a second event for Adidas only.
3) We can afford to go to one, but not two of these meets.
4) Schedule wise, we could make Adidas or Nike/NB (which are on the same weekend), but Adidas is slightly more convenient.
My son wants to go to New Balance, but I am leaning towards adidas, especially because of point 2 - I don't want to travel and put up the money to compete in one event, when he could compete in two events at Adidias.
He is a junior in HS.
ok so now the real question, do college coaches attend any of these events? I know adidas has less prestige, but considering the entirety of the situation, would adidas be the better choice?

Hi, I’ve only just found this group, and I went looking because I wanted to share my experience of having phototherapy for dyshidrosis/pompholyx. It’s the sort of post I might have gone looking for before I had it, so I hope it might help someone down the line.
The condition for me has been on and off for about 15 years. A huge trigger for me was basically any moisturiser on my hands. I have an allergies to almond, shea, coconut and many other common skincare ingredients, so lots of creams were never an option. But every handcream I could buy and every cream my doctor would prescribe would cause me break out in blisters. Steroid creams helped flare ups a bit but did nothing to stop them happening. As soon as my hands had any moisture they would erupt. But no moisture meant terrible cracking that meant I had to have bandaged hands at one point and couldn’t write/type etc.
I had further allergy testing for touch sensitivity to common cosmetic/industrial products but came up nil.
Eventually I was referred for phototherapy. I had 3 sessions a week for 10 weeks. The first session was literally ten seconds of light on a low setting, and by the end it was 3.5 minutes at a much higher light strength. I had my last session today. For quite a while it didn’t seem to make any difference to existing problem patches, but from just a week in or so it made a massive difference in my hands’ ability to be moisturised without flaring up. My hands are so much better now, I can’t believe it. I would 100% recommend it. They told me it varies in how long the beneficial effects last for people, but it’s probably between 1 and 3 years.
3 times a week is a faff, and I’m self employed so it was easier for me to commit to that than it would be for many others. I don’t know where else in the world it’s available, but if you’re in the UK, I had it for free courtesy of the wonderful NHS with a team of lovely dermatology nurses. I’m going to miss them to be honest!
One last thing to mention: I was worried about burning etc, as I am very very pale and blister burn incredibly easily in the sun. I’m also on other meds that increase photosensitivity. But I was completely fine. The graduation of the treatment intensity worked perfectly to avoid that. So don’t let that put you off if you have the chance.

Countless flights back and forth, spending 48 hours together out of a month. All these little things made me fall so fucking in love with you. Man I just wanted to figure out how to be with you for the rest of my life. I could adore you forever, love your flaws and your heart forever..
The fight is worth it, but you need to put yourself back together. Who cares if we live in two different countries.. it’s still North America just a 3 hour flight until we kill the distance between us.

Heya! So I am a korean just brought up outside of korea and Ive only been there like once when I was 5, dont really have that many korean friends so Im not rlly sure how stuff works there.
I am a woman, and I believe in feminism - the core values of it. From what I am aware, feminism is the belief that men and women should be equal, yet this is not achievable when equity is not present in society first. (By this i mean that like obviously we live in a male dominated society, thus it wouldnt be fair to make things equal when obviously men will get a further advantage as time goes by)
I recently came across a few korean videos on how feminism is a mental disorder of some sort - that it started out nicely but now its a total corruption in moral standards. I understand perhaps this is a moreso conservative thinking within Korea, but it just seemed like this was an opinion the majority shared.
Would really appreciate why, like, I dont think i fully understand why its so looked down upon - is it just purely YuGyo (hope thats spelled right) beliefs, like cultural values that are stuck on.
In my defence, I was brought up in an extremely conservative household yet one thing I was taught in school was that regardless of who you are or what you look like, you should all be treated the same, and this I stick with till this day. I also believe that this is a human right, something that is universally accepted, thus feminism is just a Lense to emphasise this right but from a sexist view point.
As a feminist, if a man is ever treated differently for being a man, I will stand up for them, and if a woman is treated differently for being a woman, I will also stand up for them. I believe I wouldnt treat someone differently by their gender unless my life was in danger (this being threats of assault from anyone)
Sorry I think i ranted on but honestly - any opinions to add on would be so nice, feeling a bit lost!

Hello, I'm 17 years old, 6.5ft(196cm) and weight 191lbs(86.6kg), I used to be really skinny, gained around 13kg of weight and stopped trainig for half a year because I found a job and was too lazy to workout, now when I'm not in school or working, I do bodyweight and dumbell exercises, but the main problem is - what weight should I aim to be? I don't want to be bulky, but I don't like being full aesthetics ether, I want to be like on the bigger side, but with definitions, what bf% is ideal for this?. How do i know when to cut? I know that it's still a long way.

I just recently finished reading Noir Burlesque. I love the art, story, characters, it's all very well done. While browsing Amazon for my next read it recommended "Noir Burlesque 2", but it's only in other languages other than English. I didn't even know there was a second book so that's good news, however I can't find an English copy anywhere. Has anybody heard if there's going be? I know there's plenty of great books in other languages but just not ready to go down that rabbit hole yet.
