2025.01.20 13:50 Vilde_Wild Got diagnosed with bipolar 2 yesterday and I know only the basics of it and wanna learn more
I'm 21, recently diagnosed. My boyfriend has bipolar1 and knows a lot about everything bipolar related and is just very worried about me and has basically nagged my ear off telling me I need to learn from other people that lives with it instead of just reading random studies and I agree with him. (Don't need to answer all my questions, even just something small would be very appreciated)
Basically what I wanna learn is strategies of how to keep track of symptoms and signs of an episode, how to keep safe when especially in a depressive episode but also with hypomania and mixed episodes too.
I also wanna hear if any of you have bp2 and is dating someone that also have bp and have any tips on how to avoid triggering each others episodes. His is very severe and he can't take any medication but I started a medication last November due to me almost ending myself during a real bad depressive episode and that medication is working really well so far but it's still really important to know these kinda things y'know.
My boyfriend told me anger issues is comon with bp too and I didn't even know that and I've had issues with my anger my whole life so wanted to ask as well if there's any like symptoms or traits not many people talk about that could be good to learn about? I really don't know anything about mixed episodes either so I'm really clueless.
Also another thing I really wanna kinda teach myself is to handle the incredible shame I feel over how I acted in my latest episode that led to me being diagnosed.
(If you don't wanna read me ramble then you can just skip the rest lol, I ended up venting a lot) I was just straight up narcissistic and horrible and I just feel such self hatred over myself. It felt like I was possessed and I couldn't even see the issue or understand that I was just straight up a different person until I got out of that episode. I almost lost my boyfriend and my other really close friend because of it but they've been in my shoes and have a lot of empathy but still made it clear that what I did was awful and set up some real proper boundaries that I'm really thankful for now but back then when I was still in my episode I was so paranoid and delusional that I thought they were conspiring to torture me and manipulating me so I'd stay depressed. I said some horrible shit and I genuinely don't know why they're giving me a second chance, I feel like I don't deserve it after all that but they say they're doing what they wish someone had done for them when they went through the same and that makes sense to me but I just can't shake the thought that I don't deserve them as friends and one of them as a boyfriend as well. Sorry for the rambling lol I just haven't had the chance to talk about this with anyone.

His eyes are like an angel boy, like the little boy who pees in the Manneken pis of Brussels. An angel boy saves the whole of Brussels from exploding from the bomb and becomes a hero in disguise. His eyes catch the angelic boy with innocent eyes that melts her heart and make her feel that the world is so peaceful and there is life after the rain.
Europe brings a feeling of fulfillment and offers the super love the world could offer. No wonder it's a destination to find peace and love since the place will bring you one. This experience could never be forgotten and forever be treasured. The woman might not be with the man with wonderful and gloomy eyes, but the experience they shared for almost 4 hours of a tour around the city is an experience that cannot be taken away by time.
Time could tell if they will meet again and know each other deeper, but Brussels makes the woman whole and fulfills again. 🥰

Hi, my account got restricted due to me being underage when I made it and accidentally slipping up and submitting documents. Im not here to complain, but I did have a small amount of money in the account, around $10, but in my country the minimum withdrawal amount is $15. I saw that the email told me I could withdraw or refund the money, but I am unable to do so as it is below the minimum amount. Is that money just gone for good even if I wait the 180 days like usual? Asking as i got this $10 from a transaction, so if it really is inaccessible by me I will just refund it so the money won't go to paypal

Recently, some customers reported that Eazao Potter has an extruder falling problem after printing. We attach great importance to this. After reproducing the customer's problem and testing the solution, we provide the following solution.
You only need to update the End G-code in slicing software such as Cura to solve the problem completely.
First open Cura, find the End G-code setting in Machine Settings, and update the End G-code to the following settings:
G92 Z0 E0Problem cause and solution: The original Eazao Potter uses the M84 command to power off all motors after printing to save power. After updating the End G-code, Eazao Potter only powers off the X, Y, and E-axis motors after printing, and keeps the Z axis enabled to prevent the extruder from falling.

Since Eazao Potter uses a direct extrusion solution, it is more compatible with clay and can extrude harder clay. This also causes the Z-axis to lift too much weight, causing the extruder to fall before use.
Therefore, we recommend that before installing the electric putter filled with clay, you click "Move" -> "Z+" on the screen to adjust the distance between the extruder and the printing platform to 30mm. This operation will enable the Z-axis motor to prevent the extruder from falling. At the same time, this also maintains the use distance for the nozzle setter (which is necessary). Please be sure to read the instructions carefully, as shown in the figure below.
