Hi everyone, I am lately feeling terrible and I hate myself when I look at myself. I've been taking bad care of myself and now I want to fix it! But I have no way where to start. I am trying cardio mixed with muscle exercises for a while now. I also try to avoid cande, chips and those sort of things.so I was hoping anyone would have some advise. Diet or exercises I'm down for almost anything. I also hope to lose fat around my upper legs and my arms. Not sure if you can do anything to stimulate that.

 | Example of how my text looks For some reason the text in my UI is low quality/pixelated. I've tried a fresh WoW install with no addons and even a Windows install but the issue. I've made sure I am on 1920 x 1080 as per my monitor and my resolution scaling is 100%. I have tried windowed/fullscreen/vysnc off and on. I have the UI scale set to 65%, even when increasing this the text seems to remain the same size and quality - and it's way too big anyway at that point. Hi there,
My spouse has had Bose QC for at least 5 years, we had gotten them at Costco for a decent deal. I've been thinking of getting a paie, and thought I could get my spouse's used ones if she gets another pair at Costco. So we were there yesterday for other stuff, but decided to go see the headphones, specifically the QC model on shelf. While the quality of sound was the same (i.e. extremely good) I couldn't help but notice a real big drop in quality of the build, they felt extremely light and cheaply made. We drove home after shopping, and I went to handle my spouse's headphones to compare: nice and hefty, and the cool metallic touch on the exterior of the headphone plates was there. NOT the ones at the store.
Could someone help me understand the difference, is it a SKU/Model difference? Costco didn't make any indication of what they were other than "Bose Quiet comfort". This only reinforces that I'll be going for a refurbished model. Thanks in advance
