 | I went to Disneyworld back in 2023 and went to the Cystal Palace character breakfast, I had this beef and peppers dish on my plate that was very nice. As someone not from USA I'm not too sure if this dish is named or if it was simply just a mix of beef and peppers? I have a two wire water temperature probe which terminates in a 2 pin connection. That connection can plug into a Front Panel to display on an LCD or similar.
How do I go about getting this to show up in e.g. AIDA or some other software?
I presume I need some kind of data logger but what can work that plugs into PC/USB or some other interface?
I have an MSI B550 Tomahawk motherboard but it does not have any temperature header (only fan headers)

I’ve tried a range of teas, from inexpensive brands like Lipton, Walmart, and Bigelow to pricier options ordered online. No matter what I do, there’s always this slight tannin aftertaste that lingers on my tongue, especially after drinking a lot. This isn’t an issue with Pure Leaf, which is always so smooth and pleasant.
Here’s what I’ve experimented with so far:
- Adjusting citric acid levels (tried between 0.2g to 2g per batch).
- Different amounts of tea and brew strength.
- Adding a pinch of baking soda (saw this tip online, but it just made it taste soapy).
Has anyone successfully recreated Pure Leaf tea at home? Do you know what they might do differently (special blends, processing)? I’d love to hear your tips and suggestions!
